Description
The flat is located on the upper floor and attic of a holiday home with a separate entrance. On 80 sqm, a total of 3 bedrooms (no bunk beds) offer enough space for a total of 6 people + 1 baby. From the living-dining room you can access the 20 sqm terrace, which is equipped with furniture, loungers, parasol and charcoal barbecue. Many guests appreciate the relaxation in our bath tub, the toilet is in a separate room. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and appliances (dishwasher, microwave).
In the attic there is a bedroom with a TV, an infrared heat sauna (for a fee) in a separate relaxation room and a shower room with WC.

The house is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a turning ramp at the transformer station. Short distances to shopping (bakery, fashion market, souvenirs), post office, bank, restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlours, etc., a large supermarket about 800 m away. On foot or by bike you can reach the green, sandy, dog beach, the kite meadow and the marina. The house is ideal as a starting point for cycling and walking tours, for excursions in the surrounding area or to the islands. Suggestions for excursions and leisure activities can be found in the flat.
A holiday in Norddeich means fresh North Sea air, sky and space, relaxation, beach, water, peace and quiet - but also activities, sports, entertainment, variety.
Since 2010, Norddeich has been a health spa and offers everything needed for health and wellness.
Well-known are the seal breeding station, the "Waloseum", the adventure pool "Ocean Wave", the wave park, the tea museum in Norden, etc.
Unforgettable are mudflat walks in the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung
Die geräumige urgemütliche und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung verfügt außerdem über ein Dachgeschoss. Dies ist für Kinder der ideale Rückzugsort für gemeinsames Spielen und entspannten Schlaf. Die ruhige aber trotzdem zentrale Lage, die sonnige Dachterrasse mit der Möglichkeit zum Grillen sowie die sich in einem sehr guten Zustand befindlichen Fahrräder runden das tolle Feriendomizil ab. Parkplätze sind direkt vor den Haus ausreichend verfügbar.
Die unkomplizierte Hilfsbereitschaft, auch bei noch so kleinen Anfragen, des Vermieters ist absolut Vorbildlich.Jederzeit zu empfehlen. Klare Top Bewertung.
