Description
The flat is located on the upper floor and attic of a holiday home with a separate entrance. On 80 sqm, a total of 3 bedrooms (no bunk beds) offer enough space for a total of 6 people + 1 baby. From the living-dining room you can access the 20 sqm terrace, which is equipped with furniture, loungers, parasol and charcoal barbecue. Many guests appreciate the relaxation in our bath tub, the toilet is in a separate room. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and appliances (dishwasher, microwave).
In the attic there is a bedroom with a TV, an infrared heat sauna (for a fee) in a separate relaxation room and a shower room with WC.

The house is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a turning ramp at the transformer station. Short distances to shopping (bakery, fashion market, souvenirs), post office, bank, restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlours, etc., a large supermarket about 800 m away. On foot or by bike you can reach the green, sandy, dog beach, the kite meadow and the marina. The house is ideal as a starting point for cycling and walking tours, for excursions in the surrounding area or to the islands. Suggestions for excursions and leisure activities can be found in the flat.
A holiday in Norddeich means fresh North Sea air, sky and space, relaxation, beach, water, peace and quiet - but also activities, sports, entertainment, variety.
Since 2010, Norddeich has been a health spa and offers everything needed for health and wellness.
Well-known are the seal breeding station, the "Waloseum", the adventure pool "Ocean Wave", the wave park, the tea museum in Norden, etc.
Unforgettable are mudflat walks in the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea.

Beautiful Christmas vacation
We spent a week here with three adults and two teenagers with a dog. Mr. Gehrmann welcomed us warmly. There was a dog treat and Christmas chocolate. Everything was clean and there was everything we needed. The location is great for reaching everything on foot. We were missing a corkscrew, and the sofa could be more comfortable, so just small things. The beds were all a dream. We would gladly come back.

Hello Gehrman family,
as always, we had a wonderful time in your well-maintained holiday apartment. The service was, as always, 110%!
Unfortunately, the weather god didn't cooperate, but that's not your fault. Faro and I still felt very comfortable!
By the way, the train journey "worked out"; we were finally home after about eleven hours. Chaos without end on the tracks.
I wish you a lovely Advent season, a blessed Christmas, and a healthy New Year! If it works out, we will come back.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung
The spacious, traditionally cozy, and very clean holiday apartment also has an attic. This is the ideal retreat for children for playing together and relaxed sleep. The quiet yet central location, the sunny rooftop terrace with the option for grilling, and the bicycles in very good condition complete this great holiday home. Sufficient parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. The uncomplicated helpfulness, even with the smallest requests, of the landlord is absolutely exemplary. Highly recommended at all times. Clear top rating. 5 big stars.
