Description
The flat "Juist" is located on the ground floor, first floor and basement of a house with three holiday flats, all with separate entrances. On the ground floor, you enter through the hallway into the living room with a seating group and a TV. From the living room you go to the terrace, which is equipped with a seating group, parasol and a charcoal grill. The dining room connects the living room with the kitchen. Of course we also have a children's high chair for our little guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave etc.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (a children's travel bed can be added) and another room with two single beds. Both rooms have a wardrobe, a washbasin and can be darkened by roller blinds. Here you will also find the shower room with WC.
In the basement, an infrared heat sauna (coin-operated from € 3) and a relaxation room with another TV invite you to relax.
A washing machine, tumble dryer (both coin-operated, from € 3), iron and ironing board are available in a separate room
Books to browse through and suggestions for activities and excursions are available.

Location and surroundings of object
Quiet residential area in Dornumersiel-Westeraccumersiel, yet only approx. 1000 m from the beach, dyke and harbour. A supermarket with bakery counter, various shops, café, restaurants, pizzeria can be reached in approx. 800 m.
A solar-heated open-air swimming pool (free of charge with the spa card) is available directly on the beach, and indoor and thermal pools are within easy reach in the neighbouring towns.
For children there are play facilities in the "Reetdach-Haus" and in the indoor play park in Neßmersiel. A mudflat hike in the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site is unforgettable.
For dogs, the dog beach and fun agility park in Neßmersiel are recommended.

Again and again gladly
We have now been to this vacation apartment for the umpteenth time and we feel very comfortable. We, that is my two daughters, my wife, and our little dog. The furnishings are simple but functional and cozy. The beds are very good as you don't sink in them. The bathrooms are somewhat dated but serve their purpose. The Wi-Fi offering is still improvable? The doors could be renewed over time as they are very loud. The kitchen is well equipped, a non-stick pan is missing? As mentioned, we feel comfortable and would love to come back.
Thank you for the small birthday gift for my wife.

The Just house has a top location, from there all the sights from west to east can be reached quickly, also by bike. It is very quiet and yet central. The house itself has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It is furnished and equipped with a lot of love. Very clean !! It has a great equipped kitchen with everything you need. The living room, bedroom, and dining room were also great equipped. There was enough information about the area and events. The terrace and the spacious garden were a green paradise, also for our dog Mia, who was also lovingly treated with a treat, really sweet. Family Gehrmann is such a kind and attentive host, always making sure you feel comfortable and everything is okay, without being intrusive. We were allowed to personally meet Mr. Gehrmann and it was a really nice encounter. We felt so comfortable, it was such a relaxed and restful holiday like we haven't had in a long time. We were here for the first time but certainly not for the last time. Thank you very much dear family Gehrmann, we will come back to your beautiful house. Stay healthy so that many guests can enjoy your wonderful holiday home.
