Treten Sie vom Mietvertrag zurück, so haben Sie pauschalen Ersatz für die bereits entstandenen Aufwendungen in der nachfolgenden Höhe zu leisten: Rücktritt bis zum 45. Tag vor Beginn der Mietzeit: 20 % Rücktritt bis zum 30. Tag vor Beginn der Mietzeit: 50 % danach und bei Nichterscheinen 80% des Mietpreises.
