The flat was renovated in 2019 and completely refurbished. It is modern and maritime furnished.

The approx. 65 sqm holiday flat is located on the upper floor and attic of the house and is suitable for up to 6 people.
It comprises a total of 3 bedrooms (2 of which are located in the attic), a living and dining area with Smart TV, dining table, sofa and fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. It also has a kettle, toaster and coffee machine (filter coffee and pad machine) as well as the usual kitchen equipment.
In the garden, a private terrace will be created for the holiday flat in summer

Each flat has its own parking space directly in front of the house
If you wish, I can provide you with bed linen and towels at a price of 17.50 euros per person.

All flats are non-smoking flats
Pets are allowed
WLAN access is available to my guests during their stay.

Cancellation terms:

You may cancel the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by providing me with a written declaration. The relevant time is when the notice of cancellation is received by me. If you cancel the rental agreement, you must pay a flat rate compensation for the expenses already incurred, in the following amounts: - Cancellation up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 20% - Cancellation up to the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% - Thereafter and in case of no-show: 80% of the rental price.
