The approx. 35 sqm holiday flat is located on the upper floor of the house and is suitable for up to 2 people.
It comprises a bedroom with double bed, a living and dining area with Smart TV, dining table, sofa and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchenette includes a kettle, toaster and coffee machine (filter coffee and pad machine), a fridge with freezer compartment and an induction hob with 2 plates. In the garden you have your own terrace at your disposal
Each flat has its own parking space directly in front of the house
If you wish, I can provide you with bed linen and towels at a price of 19.50 euros per person.
All flats are non-smoking flats
Pets are allowed

Tag vor Beginn der Mietzeit: 20 % Rücktritt bis zum 30. Tag vor Beginn der Mietzeit: 50 % danach und bei Nichterscheinen 80% des Mietpreises.
