Description
The cosy holiday home is furnished in country house style.
The house is flooded with light through the generous windows in the living and sleeping areas. The brightly painted walls and white room doors also provide a pleasant living ambience.
There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor:
1 bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), night consoles with bedside lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, reading chair with lighting and children's travel bed.
1 bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), night console with bedside lamp, chest of drawers, reading armchair and cosy children's seating area.
In the newly renovated daylight shower room there is a large shower with shallow access next to the WC. A washing machine, illuminated mirror cabinet, washstand with drawer and a hairdryer round off the feeling of well-being in the bathroom
Through the entrance door you enter the hallway with the renovated guest toilet.
In the living room is the open kitchen with plenty of storage space. The dining table, for up to 6 people, is located at the bay windows and invites you to sit and eat comfortably.
A sitting area with a sofa for two and two armchairs invites you to linger and dream by the decorative fireplace and offers a picturesque view of the garden through the patio doors.
If you want to relax while watching TV, flat screen SAT/cable TV with Blue-Ray player is available. W-LAN with guest access (surfing and email) is available free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a quiet holiday home settlement. It is only a few minutes' walk to the dyke and about 10 minutes' walk to the centre of the village with shopping facilities (EDEKA) and tourist information with swimming pool and large sauna area.
From there you can walk directly to the romantic harbour with many cafés and restaurants to feast and enjoy.
Experience a traditional tea ceremony in the café of the famous twin mills, try different types of ice cream or cakes in the two Greetsiel ice cream parlours in summer or take freshly caught fish with you for the road or to your holiday home.

Greetsiel is a romantic fishing village, and those who have been there once always come back.
There are many excursion destinations in the surrounding area, such as the seal station in Norddeich and the "Ocean Wave" leisure pool to play and let off steam.
Emden is also about 20 km away with the "Ottifanten" who welcomes you out of the "OTTO Huus" at the harbour. Here you are sure to meet old acquaintances in the Otto Waalkes Museum

What does one want "mee(h)r" (literal translation: "more sea")
The perfect weather has of course contributed to a relaxing vacation. There is nothing missing in the FH AnnElli. Nice hosts and service. Quiet location. Bicycle paths start in the immediate vicinity and the harbor with its gastronomy can also be reached in 10 minutes.

Super tolles Ferienhaus
Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub im wunderschönen und sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zu Fuß kann man viel erreichen und wenn man sich vor Ort Fahrräder ausleiht geht vieles noch viel schneller. Wir waren zum ersten Mal an der Nordsee und können die Unterkunft und den Vermieter mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Frau Witte.

Aus dem Auto - in die Erholung
Vor zwei Jahren waren wir zum ersten Mal in Greetsiel und in Haus AnnElli und seitdem sind wir verliebt. Man steigt aus dem Auto und ist angekommen. Sofort stellt sich Erholung ein.
Wenn man dann dieses wunderschöne, mit so viel Liebe eingerichtete Haus betritt, ist alles perfekt. Das Haus ist innen, genauso wie außen, sehr gepflegt, sauber, wie ein Zuhause eingerichtet und dekoriert. Man hat hier nicht das Gefühl in einer sterilen Ferienwohnung zu wohnen.
Der Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung ist sehr nett und fürsorglich.
Das Haus liegt sehr nah am Wasser, den Hafen erreicht man auch sehr schnell zu Fuß und am Strand ist man in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Wir kommen wieder!

Kurzfristig gebucht und mehr als angenehm überrascht
Als erster Pluspunkt sei die ruhige und doch zentrale Lage des Hauses zu nennen.
Das Haus an sich hat dann mit seiner liebevollen Einrichtung (die keine Wünsche lässt) und einem schönen Garten mit vielfältigen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten das Ganze noch überaus positiv abgerundet.
Es hat an nichts gefehlt, sehr sauber. Man musste sich einfach wohlfühlen.
Es ist schon beschlossene Sache, dass man dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall noch mal buchen und weiterempfehlen wird.

Entspannte Tage in wunderschönem Ambiente
Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit schönem Garten.Es liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit bester Voraussetzung für einen erholsamen Urlaub.Die Vermittlerin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Es war für uns eine schöne,leider zu kurze Zeit.Wir werden auf jeden Fall dieses Objekt wieder buchen.
