Description
The holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor in the rear building of the Parkresidenz Sanssouci - a central yet quiet location in the Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom.
The bright living room is comfortably furnished with blue wooden furniture. Through the large window front you look out over the balcony into the greenery. The balcony is partially covered and sheltered from the wind. Thanks to the south-west orientation and the upper location, you can enjoy the sun from late morning until evening. For leisure hours, there are books, games and a 43" TV.
The kitchenette is integrated into the living room as an open kitchen and was completely modernised/replaced in spring 23. You can look forward to a modern kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher and larger fridge. Of course, there are enough dishes and cooking utensils as well as spices and tea.
The separate small bedroom has 2 sleeping places in the double bed (180 x 200 cm with new reversible mattresses, if required the sofa bed (140 x 204 cm) in the living room can easily be converted into an extra bed.
The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.
A parking space belongs to the flat.

Zinnowitz is located between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, embedded in deciduous and coniferous forests. The white, fine-sand beach is gently sloping and stretches 42 km along the coast - ideal for long walks on the beach.
Zinnowitz itself offers a wide range of culture and sports and a good infrastructure, theater, cinema and the Bernstein thermal baths. A wide variety of events such as concerts, competitions and markets take place throughout the year. Well equipped, good location
The vacation apartment is beautifully centrally located, relatively quiet, sunny south balcony, very good amenities (kitchen, sleeping arrangements, various blankets/pillows to choose from, mattresses with different firmness levels), cozy furnishings, stereo system with DAB radio, DVD player, CD player, books, CDs, games available also for children, washing machine usage possible, extensive information folder available, good service for questions/problems, all-inclusive package for a relaxing vacation, the only downside is that there is no elevator (not accessible for disabled), we felt comfortable, would gladly return.

Vacation with Dog
Dear Schwonke Family,
we felt very comfortable. Thank you for that.
Small cozy apartment, close to the center, but still very quiet. Everything you need is just around the corner (bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, Edeka). Only the dog beach is a bit remote, but no problem with a bike. We can recommend the apartment and will certainly come back. And we had the nicest weather in September.

Recommended vacation apartment
Well-equipped and tastefully furnished holiday apartment in a central, beach-close location. The large, sunny balcony is nice for relaxing, eating, or drying towels. Notable are the new, high-quality flip mattresses that allowed us to sleep really well and the friendly landlady.

SUMMER VACATION
