Description
Our separate, quietly situated holiday flat is located in a detached house. It impresses with light-flooded rooms and a wonderful view of our idyllic landscape. The new, modern and high-quality kitchenette features an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. If you like to cook, we have also equipped our flat very well for that. A new flat screen TV (SAT-TV), radio/CD-player, easy-care floors suitable for allergy sufferers are available as well as bed linen, towels and hairdryer. Each room, including the spacious bathroom, has at least one large window. On the partially covered south-west terrace you can enjoy the sun even when the weather is not so good. A sun awning can provide you with even more shade. You prefer a lawn - this option is also available. On special request, we can provide you with a barbecue. The flat has a separate bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and a double bed (1.40 m wide and 2 m long). You intend to spend your holiday with your child: we will gladly provide you with a travel cot and a children's high chair. A ground-level, separate entrance (one step) facilitates access to the holiday flat and a garage is available to keep your car safe. A lockable room for bicycles is also available. Free WLAN is a matter of course for us.

Definitely recommend it further.
We spent a very nice, pleasant week of vacation with our two dogs at the Braun family. From the first email contact to our departure, everything was perfect. We were warmly welcomed and also received active support with a small technical defect in our car. The apartment is small but nice, very clean, and has everything you need. Everything needed for a vacation is available in the apartment.
Thank you very much, maybe we will see each other again!

Unfriendly hostess, noisy apartment, a lot of clutter at and next to the entrance.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass dieser Gast sich nicht wohlgefühlt hat.
Wir waren über die negative Bewertung sehr überrascht, vor allem auch deshalb, da fast alle Gäste sehr zufrieden sind.

Vacation
The accommodation was very easy to find, beautiful forest everywhere for hiking and running, there were enough shopping options in the next town, and you can eat pizza very well on the beach promenade.
The apartment was very clean, everything for self-catering was there, including a garden where you could even sunbathe.
Since we stayed longer than agreed, we would have even been allowed to use the washing machine, but the lady usually packs more laundry anyway? The owners were very friendly and helpful and accommodating.
We will vacation there again because everything was perfect.

From start to finish, a wonderful vacation thanks to the good hostess.
From the very beginning with the inquiry to the rental agreement and stay, everything was great.
This is how one wishes for a relaxing vacation :-)
The small vacation apartment is very cozy and lovingly furnished, absolutely clean, and has all the household appliances and accessories needed for self-catering. Especially the delicious coffee in the morning from the good coffee machine was the perfect start to the vacation day. The place itself has no shop, nor a bakery. Shopping facilities are 6 km away in Bad Breisig. But the location is quiet, and especially with a dog, one can quickly access open areas and hiking trails for a walk. There are many great hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Stages of the Rheinsteig and Rhein-Burgen-Weg are nearby and recommended. And for relaxation, a boat trip on the Rhine is a good option. From there, you can see some ruins, castles, and palaces that you definitely want to hike to next time...
In warm weather, it is very nice outside in the seating area with a great view over the village.
I give it full marks and 5 stars; every holiday guest wishes for such hosts and properties.
My dog and I felt very comfortable there and would love to come back!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber , es war alles zum Selbstversorgen da , inklusive Garten in dem man sich sogar Sonnen durfte
Da wir länger geblieben sind wie vereinbart hätten wir sogar die Waschmaschine benutzen dürfen , aber Frau packt für gewöhnlich sowieso mehr Wäsche ein ?
Die Besitzer war sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend
Wir werden dort wieder dort Urlaub machen weil alles gepasst hat
Vom ersten E-Mailkontakt bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Wir wurden nett empfangen und auch bei einem kleinen technischen Defekt an unserem Auto tatkräftig unterstützt.
Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein, sehr sauber, und hat alles was man benötigt. Alles was für einen Urlaub benötigt wird ist in der Wohnung vorhanden.

Von Beginn an mit der Anfrage bis zum Mietvertrag und Aufenthalt alles bestens.
So wünscht man sich einen erholsamen Urlaub :-)
Die kleine FeWo ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, absolut sauber und hat alles an Haushaltsgeräten und Zubehör was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Besonders der leckere Café morgens aus der guten Kaffeemaschine war der perfekte Start in den Urlaubstag.
Der Ort selbst hat kein Geschäft, auch keine Bäckerei. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 6 km entfernt in Bad Breisig. Aber dafür ist die Lage ruhig und besonders mit Hund gelangt man sehr schnell für eine Gassirunde auf freie Flächen und Wanderwege. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Wanderwege.
Etappen des Rheinsteig und Rhein-Burgen-Weg sind in der Nähe und empfehlenswert.
Und zum Entspannen bietet sich eine Rundfahrt auf dem Rhein an. Von dort sieht man dann einige Ruinen, Burgen und Schlösser wo man beim nächsten mal unbedingt noch hin wandern möchte ...
Bei warmem Wetter ist es draußen in der Sitzecke sehr schön mit toller Aussicht über den Ort.
Von mir volle Punktzahl und 5 Sterne, solche Gastgeber und Objekte wünscht sich jeder Feriengast.
Mein Hund und ich haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
Bei Ankunft herzlich empfangen und in die liebevolle, blitzsaubere Ferienwohnung eingewiesen worden.
Konnte mich als Alleinreisender für 2 Tage in der Ruhe des noch verdienten Namens "Dorf" wirklich entspannen und auch bei nur 2 Übernachtungen erholen.
Auch schlafen konnte ich besser als zu Hause.
Wohnung mit Privatsphäre und kühl gelegen bei den momentanen Temperaturen ?.
Komme mit Sicherheit wieder hier her um den Trubel in meinem Ort zu entfliehen.
Danke an Frau und Herr Braun!
Frau Braun empfing und überaus freundlich und hat uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden, was auch für ihren Mann gilt.
Der kleine Freisitz ludt uns täglich ein, vor oder nach unseren Ausflügen,
noch etwas Zeit draußen zu verbringen.
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und bedanken uns von ganzem Herzen dafür.
Vielleicht sieht man sich ja nochmal....wenn wieder unser Bikertreffen in Bad Breisig stattfindet.

Super schönes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Tolle kleine Spülmaschine und Kaffeemaschine. Es war alles da, was wir vergessen hatten (z.B. Föhn).
Die Umgebung ist auch super schön und sehr ruhig. Es entsprach alles der Beschreibung. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.
Alles sehr schön modern eingerichtet und was man benötigt ist vorhanden.
Auch der separate Eingang hat uns gut gefallen.
Eine kleine Terrasse ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Fam. Braun ist hilfsbereit und sehr gastfreundlich.
Sehr Empfehlenswert,gerne wieder.

Für uns als Selbstverpfleger ist hier an alles gedacht worden !
Ausgiebige Wanderungen können hier ab der Haustür stattfinden, wobei es auch immer mal einen Ausflugstipp von Frau Braun gibt !!! Danke dafür !

Die Kommunikation mit Frau Braun vorab und während des Aufenthalts war sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und freundlich.
Die Eifler Natur ist in ihrer breiten Vielfältigkeit in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Trotz der wunderbar ruhigen, dörflichen Lage der hübschen Wohnung ist auch alles andere Wichtige nur wenige Kilometer entfernt.
Der Wohnung fehlt es an Nichts. Die kleine, aber feine Wohnküche ist sehr hell, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Flur bietet ausreichend Platz für Schuhe, Jacken und Taschen. Das Bad ist angenehm groß und geschlafen haben wir auch wunderbar.
Da es uns sehr gefallen hat, begeben wir uns gerne wieder in Frau Brauns gastfreundliches Idyll.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und absolut auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Küche ist klein aber fein und beinhaltet alles was man benötigt.
Der separate Eingang zur Wohnung über die Garage (in welchen wir unser Auto stellen durften) ist klasse.
Wir kommen gerne wieder Familie Braun.
