Description
The lower flat occupies the entire ground floor of the Gründerzeit house and has open living areas that run in a circle. After the large entrance area with cloakroom and info materials, you enter through a door on the left into the dining room, from there (sliding glass door) into the large kitchen, on into the living room and from there on the right into the bedroom with attached bathroom (ground-level shower). From the bedroom there is another door into the hallway. The flat is individually and lovingly furnished in a mix of styles, with a 160 cm wide double bed with 2 new mattresses on adjustable slatted frames in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the dining room that can serve as an extra bed (140 cm). From there, a patio door leads to the outside sitting area in the spacious, leafy and privacy-protected courtyard, which is closed off to the outside with a small gate . The TV hangs in the opening between the living room and bedroom, so it can be used from both sides. The spacious fitted kitchen has a large fridge with freezer compartment, a new cooker with oven, dishwasher, microwave and all the usual kitchen appliances, storage space is plentiful. A sliding glass door separates the dining room. There is plenty of storage space in the cupboard next to the dining table with 4 chairs. The large couch can be converted into an extra bed for 2 people. All rooms except the bathroom and hallway (tiled floors) have beautiful old wooden floorboards
The upper flat occupies the entire 1st floor of the Gründerzeit house and has open living areas that run in a circle. After the staircase with a small hall cloakroom, you enter the living room through a door on the left, from there into the large kitchen, on to the dining room, from there into the bedroom and again into the hallway and bathroom. The flat is individually and lovingly furnished in a mix of styles, with a 180 cm wide double bed on adjustable slatted frames in the bedroom and a couch in the dining room that can be used as an extra bed. The spacious fitted kitchen with large fridge-freezer, cooker with oven and dishwasher at working height, microwave and all the usual kitchen appliances and plenty of storage space has a large window overlooking the leafy courtyard. The large, covered balcony (accessible from the living room) offers a nice use as an outdoor seating area. All rooms except the bathroom (tiled floors) and the kitchen (PVC) have beautiful old wooden floorboards. An additional bedroom on the 2nd floor offers space for 2 more persons if needed

The house is situated in a small one-way road in downtown Niederbreisig, only 3 minutes' walk from the thermal bath "Römerthermen". Shops and restaurants are at foot distance, Bad Breisig's Rhine front with all its restaurants is within 10 minutes' walk. Check-in from , Check-out till Coming from B9 take road to Oberbreisig, turn left at farmacy Quellen-Apotheke into Backesgasse. Coming from A61 go until end of Arweg (farmacy Quellen-Apotheke) and turn right into Backesgasse. Our house is on the left.

Large apartment, everything you need.
Great apartment, old house but cozy. We often travel in Germany, rural regions. We were very satisfied here as well. Had the apartment on the upper floor. Cozy balcony. Kitchen etc. as described.
Dear landlords who take care of things. Live a few streets away, are immediately available for questions and really nice.
Only downside: bad Wi-Fi, so it's best to bring enough data volume.
Would love to come back.

Very nice, helpful landlords.
The apartment is very cozy, and on the terrace, you find yourself in a small green oasis.
Everything you need for a holiday is available, but there were a few small things in the kitchen equipment that were too damaged for us.
However, everything is replaceable and therefore the apartment is really recommendable.
