The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neu Falkenhagen, a district of the Müritz town of Waren. The holiday home is spread over two floors and is therefore a small semi-detached house. You reach the hallway of the flat via a few steps on the outside stairs. On the ground floor you will find the living room with the couch opposite the TV, the shower room with WC and the kitchen with a small dining table and kitchenette. The microwave in the kitchen is equipped with a baking and grilling function. The stairs in the hallway lead to the upper floor with the two bedrooms, a double bedroom with space for a child's travel bed and a twin bedroom. There are wardrobes in both bedrooms - 1-door and 2-door respectively.

It is only a few steps to the forest. You cycle along a cycle path to the first bathing area at Tiefwarensee () and on to Waren's old town. There you can start a boat tour on the Müritz or take the bus to the Müritz National Park. Your bicycles will even be taken along. You can reach the Müritz beach in 20 minutes by bike or the bakery in 12 minutes by bike. You can also do your daily shopping in Waren (Müritz).
Neu Falkenhagen is a district of Waren (Müritz). Waren an der Müritz is located on the northern shore of the Müritz - the largest inland lake in Germany. The town harbour is the tourist centre of the Müritz town of Waren. Only a few metres lie between the town harbour and the Old Town Hall at Neuer Markt. You will find a large number of beer pubs, restaurants and cafés in the old town. You can start your steamboat trip across the Müritz from the sports boat and yacht harbour or from the Steinmole. You can rent a wide variety of boats in Waren (Müritz). You will find several bicycle rental shops, especially in the historic old town. The youngest are sure to be interested in the lido with slide on the Müritz as well as the Müritz Climbing Forest. The MÜRITZEUM is recommended for every guest. The Müritz National Park begins right on the outskirts of the town.
