The Marohn family's 70 square metre holiday flat offers space for 4 guests.
It has a living room with a sofa set, TV/radio and a dining table, two bedrooms and a bathroom and is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
The flat has a terrace that you can reach from the living room - here you have a view of the garden.
The kitchen is spacious and comfortably equipped, including a dishwasher, large fridge and hob with oven. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table or relax on the cosy sofa in front of the TV.
A cot and high chair are available free of charge for the youngest guests.
The flat has free WiFi and is a non-smoking flat. Long-term rental is possible.
The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower and a bathtub, and there is a separate WC on the upper floor.
The two bedrooms are on the upper floor (1 x with double bed, 1 x two separate beds) and are comfortably furnished with ample storage space.
The flat is bright and friendly, with plenty of natural light and is located on the northern outskirts of Waren (Müritz), in a quiet, almost village-like residential area.
The Waren marina is about 4-5 km away and the nearest beach is only 1 kilometre away.

Location and surroundings of object
The hosts' house is located on the northern outskirts of Waren/Müritz in "Neu Falkenhagen" - a village-like suburb of the town.
Nestled in a hilly landscape, Neu Falkenhagen is a wonderful place to take a break and also a great starting point for an active holiday in the region.
The nearest lake, the "Tiefwarensee", and therefore also the nearest bathing area, is approx. 1.2 km away.
The Waren marina, the Müritz and the town centre are just under 5 km away.
There are still many free bathing spots on the "Müritz" or the "Feißneck-See" that can be used.
There are cycle paths around the "Müritz", the "Feißneck" and also the "Tiefwarensee", for example, which can of course also be "hiked".
Otherwise, the entire surrounding area as far as Malchow, Röbel/Müritz or Jabel is ideal for cycling or hiking. If you would also like to experience nature from the water: the shipping companies will also transport your bikes...
