Description
In our non-smoking holiday home for 2-4 people, there is a large living room with dining area and kitchenette, which forms the centre of the house.
The two bedrooms and the bathroom lead off from it. From the living room you go directly to the covered terrace. From here you can access the lawn, where you will find sun loungers, a table tennis table, two seating areas and a sandbox. The lawn also offers enough space for a game of badminton and is surrounded by hedges, trees and many flowers. An oasis of peace and pure relaxation in our holiday home "Wiesengrün".

The holiday home has a covered terrace and is equipped with seating furniture and loungers, a barbecue and a fire bowl is also available if required.The entire holiday home is equipped with fly screens and a separate parking space for your car is also available.If required, you can also rent 2 brand bikes for 5 euros per day.The holiday home is at ground level.
You can move freely on the lawn to play table tennis or badminton.
On the sunbathing lawn there are several sun corners to sit or also on the sunbeds to sunbathe and rest.
Attached to the sunbathing lawn is a garden which we use ourselves to grow our own fruit and vegetables on an organic basis.
You can also leave the property through a gate from the sunbathing lawn past the garden to take your dog for a walk or to watch the cranes in autumn when they are in the field behind the lawn before flying south.
We are looking forward to your visit every year in the beautiful and quiet Rügeband near Waren/Müritz (4km) and its national park.

Location and surroundings of object
The climatic health resort of Rügeband is a district of Waren with about 100 inhabitants and a very quiet location. 5 minutes by car from the holiday home you can reach the Müritzsee and Tiefwarensee where you can go swimming and rent boats. In the village itself there is a nice children's playground for our little guests. In the immediate vicinity there is the Torgelow Castle with its beautiful bathing lake, which can be reached on foot, by bike or by car,
Our place has a developed cycle track with which you are connected to the national park and to the beautiful Müritz.
We are looking forward to your visit in our holiday home "Wiesengrün" and will be happy to give you well-meant leisure tips. It is also advisable to travel by bicycle, as everything in Waren and the surrounding area is easier to reach via the cycle paths, and parking facilities are limited everywhere. If you wish, you can rent 2 brand-name bicycles from us for 5 euros per day. In the village itself there is only one bus connection in the morning and in the afternoon.
There are no shopping facilities in the village.
