House with internet (WIFI), dishwasher, washing machine.
The house is equipped with an air conditioner with heating, which also makes it habitable in the off-season. Additionally, we have an indoor fireplace with warm air. The wood is stored dry and can be reserved for an additional price. Always a very good rental price, to which the electricity consumption is added, about 70 € for electricity according to the meter reading, per week.

The base area of the house is very large. It has a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, a shower room with 2 sinks, an open kitchen, and the living room, opening out to the terrace and the garden with a magnificent view of the sea. On the upper floor: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, washing machine, toilet, sunny balcony with a magnificent view of the sea.
Our house is officially registered for rental in Spain under the number HUTTE-002924.
Ideal for retirees, couples, and families. Do not hesitate to ask! Since our house is very popular, it would be good to check the availability calendar before making a request.
We welcome 2 dogs from September to June. No dogs during the summer months July/August/September and a minimum stay of 2 weeks.

Pure relaxation
It is rare that a holiday home is even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures. But this is indeed true for El Sueno. The unobstructed view of the sea and mountains is breathtaking, from sunrise to sunset. The rooms are very spacious and the furnishings have everything you need for a holiday.
The highlight is the beautiful garden with pool. Both are kept in top condition. The whole property is completely fenced and hardly visible from the outside
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

Top house with pool and garden

It was indescribably beautiful at Casa El Sueno
We spent a wonderful vacation in this house. Unfortunately, we had to go back to the cool North after 2 weeks already. We will definitely come back, but next time for 3 weeks. Nothing was missing, everything was available, even in the kitchen. You really don't have to bring anything from home like in other vacation homes and apartments. The pool service comes twice a week and is kept super clean. We had a very good contact with the owner of the house and the caretaker. A trip to L'Ametlla de Mar for a stroll through the town, an ice cream in the afternoon or dinner at a restaurant is also highly recommended. We liked staying in this house so much that it was extremely difficult for us to go back home! Highly recommended, thank you very much for everything, Mrs. Blumer.

Ganz vielen Dank, liebe Familie. Es ist für uns ein Traum, eine solch super Bewertung zu erhalten. Mit unserem Verwalter und dem Pool-Putzer sind wir stetig in Kontakt, nur mit einer guten Zusammenarbeit kommt ein solches super Resultat zu Stande. Im Dezember fahren wir wieder für 3 Wochen nach Spanien. Im Haus wird eine Klima-Anlage mit Heizung installiert. Wir beiden werden die Arbeiten überwachen und in der Zwischenzeit den Garten pflegen, Holz verarbeiten und noch vieles mehr.

Great house, fantastic vacation
We have now stayed at Las Tres Calas with Mrs. Blumer for the 4th time.
But for the first time in this beautiful house with a great garden and large pool.
The service by Mrs. Kühne and pool maintenance were as good as always.
We felt very comfortable from the first day.
It was, as always, a relaxing and great vacation.

Everything in the house was perfect. It is very well furnished and there is a lot of space.

We didn't want to go home anymore, it was so beautiful.
We had a great time at your place. Your house, the location, and the pool are beautiful. We didn't want to leave.

All in all, fantastic.
The weather here in Germany is bad, no fun at all. I long to go back to Spain.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Grosses Haus mit gepflegtem, sehr grossem Garten. Herrliche Meersicht. Haus ohne Einsicht. Schöne Sonnenterrasse vor dem Pool.
free time activities: In naher und weiterer Umgebung steht Alles zu Verfügung. Man muss einfach die vielen Prospekte welche im Haus sind studieren. Und schon hat man eine Riesenauswahl.
shopping facilities: Im Haus ist ein Blatt mit allen Öffnungs-Zeiten der Lebensmittel-Geschäfte, sowie ein Blatt mit allen Markt-Tagen der Umgebung.

Absolutely beautifully situated, very reasonably priced, ideal for families, with a very large garden.
such a great house with such a large garden, fantastic sea view at a price that is not exaggerated when considering the quality and location.
Prices in the off-season are unbeatable.
We will come back.
Everything was OK, nice property manager, nice pool cleaner, good contact with the landlord.
The pool is cleaned twice a week in the summer, and once a week otherwise.
