Successful house with internet(WIFI), dishwasher, washing machine.
The house has air conditioning and heating, so it is also habitable in winter. We also have an indoor fireplace with warm air.
Winter-rental: Price per week: 150e from 4 weeks rental, plus the used electricity, depending on the setting of the heating, about 60e electricity according to the meter, the wood 50 euro, per week These prices are valid for a minimum of 4 weeks rental.
The wood for the indoor fireplace is stored in a protected place.
The floor space of the house is very large. It has a basement and an upper floor.
In the basement there are 2 bedrooms, a shower room with 2 hand basins, open kitchen and the living room, exit to the terrace and the garden with a beautiful sea view

Pure relaxation
It is rare that a holiday home is even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures. But this is indeed true for El Sueno. The unobstructed view of the sea and mountains is breathtaking, from sunrise to sunset. The rooms are very spacious and the furnishings have everything you need for a holiday.
The highlight is the beautiful garden with pool. Both are kept in top condition. The whole property is completely fenced and hardly visible from the outside
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

Top house with pool and garden
This year, too, we are thrilled with this house. The location, the garden and the house itself leave nothing to be desired. We have always felt very comfortable.

Es war unbeschreiblich schön im Casa El Sueno
Wir haben in diesem Haus einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Leider mussten wir nach 2 Wochen schon wieder zurück in den kühlen Norden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, das nächste Mal aber 3 Wochen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, alles vorhanden auch in der Küche. Man muss wirklich nichts von zu Hause mitnehmen wie bei anderen Ferienhäusern- und Wohnungen. Der Poolservice kommt 2x die Woche, wird supersauber gepflegt. Mit der Besitzerin des Hauses und dem Verwalter hatten wir einen sehr guten Kontakt. Ein Abstecher nach L'Ametlla de Mar auf einen Bummel durch das Städtchen, ein Eis am Nachmittag oder Abendessen in einem Restaurant ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus hat uns so gut gefallen, dass es uns äusserst schwer gefallen ist wieder nach Hause zu fahren! Sehr zu empfehlen, vielen Dank für alles Frau Blumer.

Ganz vielen Dank, liebe Familie. Es ist für uns ein Traum, eine solch super Bewertung zu erhalten. Mit unserem Verwalter und dem Pool-Putzer sind wir stetig in Kontakt, nur mit einer guten Zusammenarbeit kommt ein solches super Resultat zu Stande. Im Dezember fahren wir wieder für 3 Wochen nach Spanien. Im Haus wird eine Klima-Anlage mit Heizung installiert. Wir beiden werden die Arbeiten überwachen und in der Zwischenzeit den Garten pflegen, Holz verarbeiten und noch vieles mehr.

Tolles Haus, super Urlaub
Wir waren jetzt zum 4 Mal in Las Tres Calas zu Gast bei Frau Blumer.
Aber zum ersten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit tollem Garten und großem Pool.
Der Service durch Frau Kühne sowie die Wartung des Pools waren wie immer sehr gut.
Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es war wie immer ein erholsamer, toller Urlaub.
Wir haben bereits für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht.
Wir können dieses Haus nur weiter Empfehlen.

Super schönes Haus mit sehr grossem Garten Sonne vom Morgen bis zum Abend
Wir kommen wieder so schön war es. Wunderschöner, sehr grosser Garten. Herrliche Meersicht.
Im Haus war Alles perfekt. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und man hat sehr viel Platz.
Der Preis ist höchst attraktif. Das Haus ist gut geeignet für jede Art von Urlaub.
Das nächste Mal probieren wir es im Frühjahr, dann blüht es im Garten.

Wir wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause so schön war es
Uns hat es bei Ihnen suuuuuper gut gefallen. Ihr Haus und die Lage und der Pool sind wunderschön. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause.
Wir möchten gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.
Frau Kühne (Verwalterin) und Roland (Pool-Betreuer) haben uns sehr nett empfangen und alles genau erklärt.
Also rundum toll.
Hier in Deutschland ist das Wetter schlecht, macht gar kein Spass. Ich sehne mich nach Spanien zurück.

free time activities: In naher und weiterer Umgebung steht Alles zu Verfügung. Man muss einfach die vielen Prospekte welche im Haus sind studieren. Und schon hat man eine Riesenauswahl.
shopping facilities: Im Haus ist ein Blatt mit allen Öffnungs-Zeiten der Lebensmittel-Geschäfte, sowie ein Blatt mit allen Markt-Tagen der Umgebung.

Wunderschön toll gelegen Preigünstig ideal mit Kindern sehr grosser Garten
ein so tolles Haus mit solch grossem Garten herrlicher Meersicht zu einem Preis der nicht übertrieben ist, wenn man die Qualität und die Lage berücksichtigt.
Preise in der Nebensaison sind unschlag bar
Wir kommen wieder.
Alles war OK, netter Verwalter, netter Poolreiniger, guter Kontakt mit Vermieter.
Pool wird im Sommer 2x in der Woche geputzt, sonst 1 mal in der Woche
