Description
Beautiful detached villa in its own fenced garden with beautiful plants, private pool and barbecue area. The villa has a garage with direct access to the villa. Inside you will find state-of-the-art technology and comfortable furnishings. The villa is situated in a quiet peripheral location in the urbanisation Les Tres Calas, about 4 minutes by car to the well-known sandy beach of Cala Forn.
On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with an integrated fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom has a 140cm wide bed and the other a 180cm wide bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, microwave, coffee machine and everything you need.
The large dining room table seats up to 8 people and in the living room you can enjoy a little time out in front of the TV on a fully electric sofa. Board games have also been included. These can be found in the living room cupboard.
In the garage, next to the boiler room, there is a washing machine room and a freezer.
Opposite the front door in the entrance area is a built-in cupboard which serves as a cloakroom.
There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with access to a large balcony with a wonderful view of the sea. The bed is 180 cm wide and fully electrically adjustable. The other bedroom on the upper floor has a 140 cm wide bed.
We have also thought of our younger guests. A baby cot, a changing unit and a high chair are available free of charge. The baby cot is on the upper floor in front of the parents' bedroom.
We have air conditioning and oil heating in the living / dining room and in all bedrooms so that the villa can be used all year round.
The villa has satellite TV, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and a state of the art alarm system.
In the garden there is plenty of garden furniture and sun loungers to ensure maximum relaxation during your stay. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water.
A small welcome pack is given to you with every booking to make your arrival as pleasant as possible.
Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
There is a daily charge of €10 for the use of air conditioning and heating. The final cleaning will be charged at €150.
If you would like an intermediate cleaning during your stay in our villa, this can be booked for a small fee!
The surrounding area of Tres Cales: Tres Cales is the largest urbanisation in Ametlla De Mar. It is on the coast, so there are several beautiful beaches within a few minutes drive of the villa. Saint Jordi beach also has a historic castle nearby.
In the urbanisation there is a commercial centre with shops and restaurants, but the village of Ametlla, a very traditional Spanish fishing village, is only a few minutes drive away. At its centre is the beautiful fishing harbour, around which there are numerous bars, shops and restaurants. There is also a charming old town with interesting architecture.
Location of the villa: Our holiday villa is located in the Las Tres Calas (The Three Coves) development. The development consists exclusively of well-kept holiday homes and holiday villas. There are no blocks of flats or hotels here. The seaside resort of L'Ametlla de Mar is 6 km away. L'Ametlla de Mar and Las Tres Callas are located at the southern tip of the Gulf of St Jordi on the Costa Dorada. The locals call L'Ametlla de Mar 'La Cala' - the bay - because the town is a large natural harbour from which fishermen still go fishing today. The main beach of L'Ametlla de Mar, Platja de L'Alguer, is around 130 metres long and has light-coloured sand right next to the harbour. Placa del Canó is also close to the harbour - here you can sit comfortably in one of the small pubs and bars and watch the hustle and bustle of the harbour. Las Tres Calas and the holiday home (Casa Anja) are located 4 km from the beautiful bays 'Cala Sant Jordi' - 'Cala Vidre' - 'Cala de les Ampolles'. Three beautiful sandy beaches await you here.
