Description
Our holiday flat with feel-good ambience offers space for 2-4 people on approx. 62 sqm at the sailing harbour of Karlshagen in a quiet location. The flat offers retreat possibilities and is spacious in any case
The flat consists of 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and hallway. In the bedroom there is a double bed with good sleeping comfort. Blackout curtains also ensure a restful sleep. In the second living room there is a comfortable seating area, which can be converted into a comfortable bed for two more people. In this living room there is also a cosy table for communal meals. In both living rooms we have had new design flooring with a high proportion of wood laid and have thus created a contemporary interior all round
From the living room you can access the balcony and enjoy the evening sun. The windows are fitted with pleated blinds in pleasant colours
In the separate kitchen you will find all the amenities you need on your holiday. The work surfaces are generous and you can, for example, fetch fresh fish from the harbour and prepare it to your liking in the oven.
In addition, the flat has a spacious tiled bathroom with a shower, large windows and a large mirrored area with shelves. You will find ample space and fixtures to hang towels or clothes
Overall, all rooms are bright and friendly, all windows have skylights. In the entrance area of the flat you enter a spacious hallway for dressing or storing your personal belongings. Beautiful tiles welcome you in this area of the flat
You will find a bright wardrobe, a designer coat rack, an EDP corner and the utensils for maintaining the flat in another cupboard
For families with children, we have provided a high chair and a cot. There is plenty of room to play in the hallway.
The flat is designed so that you have the possibility of undisturbed retreat, because between the bedroom and the living room are the hallway and bathroom.
There is also another hallway that separates the holiday flat from the hallway of the residential building. This ensures restful peace and quiet.
Otherwise, a good lamp concept rounds off the pleasant living flair and a Bose box provides good sound
In all rooms you will find photos taken on Usedom. Board games to pass the time are also available. So the one or other nice "match" can be played
For your arrival by car, a parking space is at your exclusive disposal. This is located directly at the house. An illuminated barrier for late arrivals offers you good visibility.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is only a few steps away from the sailing harbour in Karlshagen. The flat has many advantages due to its quiet location, such as good restaurants within walking distance in the sailing harbour. The restaurants offer variety in terms of menus and views of incoming sailing boats or the sunset on the Peene. Furthermore, walks and hikes into nature and nearby nature reserves are possible
Of course, there is fresh fish in the harbour and a wonderful view of the Peene and the sunset. Enjoy the nice seats in one of the restaurants or linger on one of the benches around the Karlshagen sailing harbour. It is still cosy here even in high season, because you are away from the "mass flow". Boat trips are possible directly on site. You can also rent a boat to enjoy the perspective from the water. For many years, the local bicycle rental service has been bringing all the bicycles our guests want directly to the house. You can cycle to the beaches in just a few minutes. Either you cycle through Karlshagen or through a piece of forest, where there is always enough shade in the warmer season
You are in the village in a few minutes. There you will find supermarkets, retail shops and, for example, a mini-golf course on the beach. A beach shell offers popular concerts. You can choose whatever you like. Currently, a single road leads you to the harbour of Karlshagen, the Peenestraße. This road will then also lead you to your holiday flat, so to speak.

A parking space belonging to the flat is yours during your holiday. Your parking space is located directly at your accommodation. Bicycles could be secured at ground level in a bicycle room.
Boat trips, hikes and bicycle tours are possible directly on site. You will find wonderful insider tips in our guest folder. Choose something that suits you best. Karlshagen and its surroundings have a lot to offer in terms of history. Take a historical tour or drive to the largest submarine museum to marvel at it.
The toy museum in Peenemünde also welcomes you. Otherwise, marvel at the head-over-heels house or explore the butterfly farm. Just letting yourself drift is an equally nice alternative on your days off
There are wonderful beaches in Karlshagen and the wider area, also with quiet spots for guests who favour being away from it all
Our holiday flat is privately rented by us ! If you have any questions or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us. The individual needs of our guests and your well-being during your days off are especially important to us. Even on site we are in good contact with our caretaker and he is ready for you if you need anything
And now all you have to do is enjoy! One or the other guest will gladly come back, maybe you will too !
Over New Year's Eve we have a special arrangement of at least three booking days.

Feel-good apartment
We quickly felt at home in the apartment.
It offers space and coziness and a very comfortable bed... we slept great.
The kitchen was great, I cooked every day.
Our little toy poodle also felt very happy :)
Unfortunately, the evening sun was missing during our vacation, so we couldn't enjoy the balcony.

Wellness oasis
Thank you very much for the relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the advantages of this apartment. It delivers on its promises. Very clean. Here you can fully relax. Quiet location away from the tourist center with a delightful view from the cozy balcony towards the Peene. From here, you can explore the surroundings in all directions, either on foot, as we did, or by vehicle. Additionally, you can easily explore the island with the Usedomer Bäder Bahn. The apartment welcomes you with a spacious hallway. Furthermore, all rooms have a window, which makes it very bright and friendly. We also loved the maritime decor, which delights with great attention to detail. The generous living area offers plenty of space to linger. We wonderfully slowed down, as we didn't miss anything in the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is plenty of dishware along with the corresponding appliances. After sleeping in the cozy beds and heavenly peace, we started the day completely refreshed.
All in all, perfect.
The communication with the hosts was very pleasant and nice.
Everything went totally smoothly.
We would love to come back.

Preliminary.
We were thrilled with the apartment.
A large, spacious entrance area welcomes us with all our luggage.
First, let's set everything down.
A pleasant, cozy holiday apartment with nicely furnished rooms, cute accessories, and great pictures welcomes us. Bright rooms give the apartment a special spaciousness.
Very clean and tidy.
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with plenty of dishes and the necessary appliances. From the nice balcony, there is a relaxed view towards the Peene.
Bathroom bright and clean.
Bedroom pleasantly spacious.
We slept excellently in the beds.
All in all, the apartment delivers everything offered in the description.
Wi-Fi, bedding.
Heating is great, as we were traveling in subzero temperatures.
The location of the apartment is no problem by car. Parking belongs to the apartment. However, as we are still good on foot, we left the car behind during our vacation and explored Peenemünde, Zinnowitz, and Karlshagen on foot. Otherwise, the entire island is easily accessible by Usedom Bäder Bahn. We will come back. As mentioned, the apartment lives up to its promises. The communication with the landlords was very friendly and nice. Everything worked perfectly. Attached: The apartment is located on the first floor. That is positive, as one can enjoy the view from the balcony.
We also found the price/performance to be good.

Essentially a feel-good apartment.
The apartment has everything to feel comfortable here on vacation. It is very spacious. The furnishings and amenities are almost brand new and very well-kept. Only the shower with a raised shower tray and a very narrow entrance is not necessarily suitable for older or less mobile guests. I was there in winter. So it didn't matter that the mini-balcony leads to a larger parking lot. The apartment itself is excellently insulated and furnished with cozy furniture.
Due to its convenient location, this apartment is a good vacation spot at any time of the year.

Vielen Dank für die gute Bewertung. Wir haben uns gedacht, was braucht es mehr auf dem Balkon für ein kleines Sonnenbad oder den Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang . Einen Tisch und 2 Stühle für ein Glas Wein oder mehr. Die frische Ostseeluft am Segelhafen oder einen der vielen Strände, einen Rundgang durch den Segelhafen am Abend auf eine nette Speise in einem der Restaurants oder raus mit dem Boot auf den Bodden. Die ruhige Lage der Ferienwohnung rückwärts vom geschäftigen Segelhafen , wo es manche Nacht klappert am Schiff, ist der beste Erholungsaspekt unserer Ferienwohnung und Ihrer Lage. Hier finden Sie Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit und können vom ersten Moment an abschalten.

Holiday Apartment Karlshagen
The holiday apartment is located directly at the harbor of Karlshagen. The location is very picturesque. The apartment is very modern and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped.
