Living & Kitchen: open living/dining area with couch, fireplace, and flat-screen TV; fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer combination, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
Sleeping: bedroom with double bed, children's room with two single beds – both rooms can be fully darkened. A travel cot (baby bed with blanket and mattress) and high chair are available; upon request, the sofa bed in the living area provides an additional sleeping option for another adult.
Bathroom: shower and daylight window.
Also storage room, hi-fi system and free Wi-Fi, fly screens on the windows, and a parking space directly at the house.

Kölpinsee is centrally located on the Baltic Sea coast of Usedom. It is only about 800 m (approx. 10 minutes on foot) to the fine sandy beach; the apartment is quietly situated on a traffic-calmed residential street, only about 300 m to the town center.
Everything important is within walking distance: bakery, restaurants, fish smokehouse, bicycle and go-kart rental, as well as the wellness area in the Hotel Seerose. Supermarkets are in the neighboring towns of Koserow and Ückeritz.
You can stroll along the beach promenade to Stubbenfelde; with the Usedomer Bäderbahn (station approx. 300 m) you can easily reach Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf or Zinnowitz. Kölpinsee is an ideal starting point for bike tours on the approximately 40 km long coastal cycle path.
Excursion destinations: Karls Adventure Village in Koserow, climbing forest Pudagla, "House upside down" and butterfly farm in Trassenheide, submarine and Historical-Technical Museum in Peenemünde.

Highly recommended
We have now been in this house 3 times and 2 times in this apartment. Well equipped, very clean, great location. Kölpinsee is a top location on the island. Very central and beautiful for cycling, and a starting point to explore the beautiful surroundings. Would love to come back.
