Comfortably and lovingly furnished holiday flat in the Baltic Sea resort of Kölpinsee on the sunny island of Usedom. Fully furnished for four people, 3 rooms, 64 m² on the ground floor of the beautiful Bernsteinhaus. Living area with open kitchen incl. dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. and a dining area for the family, bedroom and children's room, storage room and bathroom with shower. Fireplace, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, two terraces facing east and southwest - sun all day, parking space, lockable shed for storing bicycles and beach gear.

Location and surroundings of object

The flat is very centrally located in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee on a quiet residential street. Adjacent to the southwest terrace is a large lawn. It is about 800 m to the beach. In the village you will find everything nearby: Baker, supermarket, bicycle rental, several restaurants, wellness area also for day guests in the Hotel Seerose. For you and your children, Karls Erdbeerhof in the neighbouring village of Koserow is worth a trip. You can walk to Stubbenfelde via the newly built promenade. You can reach seaside resorts such as Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf or Zinnowitz in no time with the island train.

A great, clean, lovingly furnished holiday apartment where we lacked for nothing.
The fireplace was the absolute highlight.

Very nice apartment

The apartment is very nice and clean. It is spacious enough for one or two smaller children plus two adults, and everything necessary is available. The terrace with the large lawn is very nice. The location is good; you can easily walk to the beach and the lake. There is not a single shop in Kölpinsee itself, but you can quickly reach the nearest town with shopping facilities by island train. The contact with the landlord beforehand was very pleasant, and the check-in went smoothly. Aside from the fact that no bed linen/towels are included in the price, we liked everything very much and can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment.

Super holiday home

We have already booked this vacation rental for the 4th time and, like always, had a super nice holiday time.
The vacation rental is very well laid out. There is a lot of space. It is very clean and nothing is missing.
We will also go there for the 5th time.

When a non-smoker enters the terrace and notices countless cigarette butts all around, it is not a pleasing sight. They had to remove them themselves. A big minus point. Otherwise, we were absolutely satisfied with the ground floor apartment no. 1.

Relaxing and cozy vacation

Thank you very much for providing your well-kept holiday apartment. It exactly matched the descriptions and was comfortably furnished, and the complete equipment left nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, we only used the fireplace one evening because it was too warm, but we look forward to our next stay in the transitional season when we will make good use of the fireplace. As sun lovers, we especially enjoyed the two terraces. Sun almost all day... The entire process also worked perfectly. Thank you very much, we would love to come back.

Maritime cozy furnished holiday apartment

Thank you very much for the wonderful and relaxing vacation in your lovingly furnished holiday apartment, which we will gladly book again. Our 2 children also felt very comfortable - whether at the nearby beach, at Karls Erlebnis-Dorf, or playing in the garden. The well-equipped apartment and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking together and cozy evenings very enjoyable. We look forward to lighting the fireplace next time in winter.
