This spaciously designed 3-room holiday apartment with 88m² of vacation delight will inspire you:
The large living room in the villa’s tower offers you beautiful sea views, a high-quality living area, radio, flat-screen TV, and a comfortable dining area. A modern water vapor fireplace creates the ideal atmosphere for relaxing evenings with lifelike flames and gentle light. WLAN is available for you free of charge.
The kitchenette in the living room is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, conventional coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, etc.
The apartment has two comfortably furnished balconies, which can be accessed from the living room.
One balcony has a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea, the other faces the Granitz Forest.
Both bedrooms have high-quality box spring beds, TV, and built-in wardrobes. The modern bathroom has a real glass shower as well as a hairdryer and washbasin.
The toilet is separate.
The penthouse is located on the 4th floor. An elevator is available in the villa.
A garage parking space at the house (clear height 1.63m, length 5m) is included. If your car is larger, you can rent a parking space in the surrounding parking lots.
A beach chair is available for you free of charge on the beach from May to September. Washing machine and dryer in the basement of the villa can be used with coins.
The holiday apartment can be booked for a maximum of 4 people.

Villa Stranddistel with the tower flat "Ulrich Müther" is located directly on the beach promenade of Binz, directly on the fine sandy bathing beach on the Baltic Sea on the island of Rügen. It is only a stone's throw to the pier and the town centre. Good restaurants and numerous shopping facilities can be found near the holiday flat.

A dream...
With friends, we spent an eventful week in this great apartment. Luxurious furnishings, excellent location, 2 balconies, we were positively surprised!

Pure beach vacation
We really liked this apartment. We had a great view of the sea, 2 balconies, and everything we needed for cooking. We would have liked to book for 10 days, but unfortunately, that was not possible. However, we probably had the best weather of all.
