The newly built Reusenhaus, which will be available for rent for the first time in spring 2019, is located in the old fishing village of Breege-Juliusruh between the Bodden and the sea. The comfortably furnished holiday homes are two semi-detached houses of about 109 square metres and extend over 2 floors. In the total of 3 bedrooms, a large box-spring bed, a double bed and 2 single beds await you. The large kitchen invites you to cook with a microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and a large kitchenette. There are 2 bathrooms and toilets available, enjoy pure relaxation in the private sauna. Our guests can use the W-Lan in the entire holiday home free of charge.

The "reusenhaeuser" consist of 2 semi-detached houses and were built on an approx. 600 m² part of the former Reusenplatz in 2018 - a few hundred metres away is the Breege harbour - this is also the starting point for boat trips to Hiddensee and for Bodden tours - the Reusenhaus Nord has a partial view of the Breege Bodden from the upper floor and is approx. 1500 m from the Baltic seaside resort of Breege-Juliusruh with its extensive sandy beach - the Reusenhaus Nord offers upmarket, modern furnishings for up to 6 people - free sauna, free W-LAN, a covered all-weather terrace with seating and barbecue, Underfloor heating in the entire house guarantee a pleasant stay - the health resort tax (per night / per person) is still charged separately - a laundry package (bedlinen / large and small towel) can be purchased per person on site for 17.50 EUR (this should be announced in advance) - the prices are for up to a maximum of 4 persons - each additional person older than 5 years costs 10 EUR separately. Via a cashback "Sauberkeit&Umgang" (cleanliness & handling), you as a guest have the possibility to be refunded a maximum of 10 EUR per night / a maximum of 70 EUR per stay after departure if you meet various criteria regarding cleanliness and handling of the accommodation.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
