The apartment is located in the heart of Stresa, right on the corner of the famous Piazza Cardorna and only 2 minutes walk from the lakeside promenade and Stresa's pier. Many beautiful restaurants, bars and shops are close by and directly opposite the entrance of the apartment is a very well stocked Carrefour supermarket. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet.
The location is a perfect choice for those who want to experience the real enchanting centre of Stresa with every comfort within walking distance. Also ideal for rail or air travellers. The train station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and the Milan-Malpensa airport is easily reached from Stresa by ALIBUS.

The apartment has a garage in the basement.
It`s entrance gate is 2,15 m wide and it`s 5,60 m deep. The garage is located at the end of the underground car park along the wall. Due to it's location it might be difficult to enter with a very large car. It's a save parking place for motorcycles/bicycles.
The super central location of the apartment allows you to move the vehicle only on arrival and departure and to undertake the remaining holiday activities "car-free" and sustainable

Everything great: great location, spotlessly clean, super facilities, supermarket directly opposite, countless restaurants within walking distance, parking included (be careful with large cars; C-Class station wagon just fitted; difficult to park) , flexible check-out, good communication,.... gladly again
