Description
Generously lovingly furnished holiday home, with 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed (180x200 and 160x200), 1 with two single beds (each 90 x 200), we are happy to provide a baby cot, on request, (with bedding and blanket), 2 bathrooms (new in 2019) and a fully equipped kitchen (new in 2017). For a maximum of 6 people, the living/dining area is equipped (with a children's high chair) as well as a furnished and covered outdoor area with a gas grill. Fireplace, air conditioning, mosquito nets on the bedroom windows, underfloor heating and outside a pool (6mx3m) for private use only. Sun loungers and umbrellas, separate wooden terrace with shade and seating lounge. Hot water outdoor shower.
The house is located approximately 300 m, within walking distance to the swimming cove/beach (with still free parking)
Children and seniors are welcome.
Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is charged based on usage (usually June, July, August). We charge 10.00€ per day for underfloor heating (autumn and possibly spring).
From 2026, the daily rental price will be 155.00€.
The final cleaning fee from 2025 will be 90.00€.
The linen packages per person 15.00€.

Location and surroundings of object
Cala Llombards is a town on the Spanish Balearic island of Mallorca. In Catalan it is called Urbanicacion, which means settlement or residential area.
Cala Llombards is located in the south/east of the island and belongs to the municipality of Santanyj.
The small village, built in the early 1960s and named after the bay of Cala Llombards, has about 450 inhabitants.
Cala Llombards consists of residents and holiday guests as well as a small hostel, a simple Spanish bar and 2 small supermarkets (one open all year)
The bay and town can be reached via the MA-6100 between Santanyi and ses Salines.
Neighbouring places are in the north/east Santanyi and in the south/west Cap de Ses Salines which marks the southernmost point of the island.
The bay is shady in the early morning and due to the shallow beach and weak waves it is well suited for swimming and ideal for children. There is an excellent restroom and toilets in this bay and parking is currently free.
Shopping possibilities, doctors, as well as everything what one needs, one finds in the neighboring village Santanyi.
Every Wednesday and Saturday a very nice weekly market takes place there.

Cancellation terms:
Landlord's compensation claim in case of cancellation: Cancellations are only accepted in written form. Travelers/bookers who cancel at least 60 days before arrival will receive a 100% refund of the booking fee already paid. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days will be refunded at 50%. From the 30th day onwards, no refunds will be made.

Pure vacation
I don't want to advertise too much, as it will make it even harder to find a free booking slot.
Those looking for an affordable house with a pool in the southeast of Mallorca, and at the same time in a strategically good and quiet location (Santanyi, Cala Figuera, Calo des Moro, Cala S‘Almuia, Cala S‘Amarador, Es Trenc, a short walk to the beach Cala Llombards and a small supermarket; large supermarkets in Santanyi, approx. 10 minutes by car and restaurants reachable in 10 minutes (Santanyi, Llombards) and in 15 minutes (Cala Figuera, Ses Salinas) can find a property here that holds up to any comparison in the overall package. Quick response to inquiries, up-to-date occupancy calendar, reliable contact person on site, spotlessly clean upon handover. Yes, this should be a matter of course. House 1A is fully equipped, very well maintained, lovingly cozy furnished, every detail is well thought out. Anyone visiting for the first time will be amazed. There is no corner on the property or in the house that is not visually appealing. Noteworthy are the outdoor seating area, the lounge corner, the pool area, the grill stand, the plants, the outdoor cabinet for beach items, the sensational outdoor lighting, the privacy screen for the carport, the kitchen with the storage room and the numerous useful things that are out of sight, the bathrooms, the living room, the bedrooms, and so on. No, these points are no longer obvious in abundance.
Here writes a repeat visitor who has made numerous comparisons in Southern Europe and has also "unavoidably" strayed in Mallorca.
Even as a couple, the house would be our first choice over a guesthouse or hotel, as the comfort and relaxation meet maximum standards. The enjoyment of vacation is guaranteed.

Always happy to do it again!
Now been guests here for the third time. The house and the property are very well maintained, beautifully furnished or beautifully landscaped. In the evening, the sophisticated lighting transforms the entire property and especially the pool into a romantic atmosphere.
We really enjoyed our stay at Casa de Sol again and have recovered well. The great support on site also played a part for us. It is always nice to be able to be here and we are looking forward to our next visit in September.

We (2 adults + 2 children (8 and 9 years old)) have never felt so comfortable in an accommodation as quickly as in Casa del Sol.
The house, the outdoor area, and the pool are in top-maintained condition, we found everything as described, and the location of the house is unbeatable.
A big compliment to the Lüghausen family for this paradise-like, tastefully furnished, and well-thought-out property.
Jörg and Jürgen also contributed to the "carefree" package with their sympathetic on-site support.
We will definitely not have been there for the last time and can recommend Casa del Sol ☀️ to everyone! ?

Great house.
We 4 card players were fully thrilled. Not only fully equipped, but also comfortably and homely furnished. Everything equipped for 6 persons. The pool is simply great. The seating lounge is superb. We spent all days and evenings only on the terrace with the great weather. It is not far to the bathing bay. We are already planning the next vacation there.

Simply beautiful!
We, 3 generations, were now the second time in Casa del Sol. As the name suggests, that's how we felt as well. Everything there, what our hearts desired. Arrive and feel comfortable. We can only thank you warmly for the support from booking to departure. Many thanks to the company Lüghausen and Jörg.
