A large garden around the house with sunbeds, barbecue facilities and space to play invites you to relax. - Ground floor:* Spacious, light-flooded, lovingly furnished living room with continuous window front. (SAT-TV, radio, new electric heating)

* very nice new bathroom - Upper floor:* 1st bedroom (star room) with panoramic window, balcony and wonderful view
* 2nd bedroom (rose room) especially cosy with studio window, small desk and 2 beds (1 bed 2.20 m, cot available).

Location and surroundings of object
Quiet south-facing location at approx. 700 m above sea level, nestled in woods and meadows. For hiking, our area is one of the most beautiful in Upper Bavaria. You can make wonderful mountain tours and enjoy the picturesque lakes (Chiemsee, Chiemseer-Seenplatte, Thumsee, Tittensee, lakes of the Salzkammergut).Passionate cyclists also get their money's worth. There are cycle paths with no or low gradients (for example around Lake Chiemsee or along the rivers) and challenging tours over the mountains. The Vorauf holiday park is also an ideal starting point for many other activities. You will find interesting events such as concerts, theatre and art exhibitions (in castles on Lake Chiemsee, in Amerang and in the surrounding area near Traunstein, Inzell and Ruhpolding). Munich and Salzburg are ideal destinations for excursions, as they are only a ¾ and ½ hour drive away respectively. More information is available at the tourist offices Siegsdorf and near Salzburg invites you to visit because of its excellent cultural offerings and urban flair (festival, Mozartheum, puppet theatre, Advent Singing, Christmas market, beautiful castle grounds, zoo) we offer many sports facilities at Ferienpark-Vorauf (tennis, mini golf, football, basketball, table tennis, stick shooting, horse riding on request, winter sports). Courses for alpine and cross-country skiing are offered, also skiing instruction for beginners in Vorauf. A very beautiful cross-country ski trail leads only about 200 metres past our house. Sledging is possible everywhere. Sports facilities outside the holiday park: Rudhardt tennis courts, swimming and adventure pools in Siegsdorf, Inzell, Ruhpolding, Prien, Salinenbad Bad Reichenhall. In winter there is alpine skiing in Siegsdorf (night skiing with floodlights), Ruhpolding, Reit im Winkel, Lofer (Austria ) etc. Beautiful cross-country ski trails criss-cross the Chiemgau. Cross-country skiing maps are available from the tourist office. There are many opportunities for children: In Vorauf a playground and football pitch, in Ruhpolding and Marquardstein fairytale parks and a summer toboggan run. Highly recommended is the Mamutmuseeum in can of course relax in our garden, in the shade of the trees simply! Quiet central location
quiet, nice, clean and lovingly furnished cottage with a large balcony with table, chairs and loungers.everything you need is there, even 2 coffee machines pad and filter and an extra freezer. Books, games, information material... everything is there. A large, beautiful bathroom with enough storage space is also available.
Because of the central location it is the ideal accommodation for those who want to go hiking in the mountains as well as to the lake and also to Austria. In short... perfectly situated. Mrs. Hettich is a very nice landlady who gives good, helpful tips for excursions on request. We liked it very much and it was definitely not the last time we were there....

Superhouse
The house is very suitable for a small family (possibly with pet).
Centrally located on the motorway, direction Chiemsee/Berchtesgaden.
We have been there 5 times with our cat Maya.
No matter summer/winter it was always nice to be there.
It was not the last time...........................................

Very nice vacation
Very nice house, quiet location. Nothing was missing. Cozy furnishings, feel-good atmosphere. You can start various activities from there. We liked it very much, a nice and relaxing vacation. We will gladly come back.
