Cosy, very well furnished holiday home for 2 to 5 people, in a romantic location, with a view of the Teisenberg, forest and meadows (quiet south-facing location). A large garden around the house with sunbeds, barbecue facilities and space to play invites you to relax. - Ground floor:* Spacious, light-flooded, lovingly furnished living room with continuous window front. (SAT-TV, radio, new electric heating)
* Kitchen: carefully and well equipped, with its own window
* Bedroom: comfortably furnished with double bed
* very nice new bathroom - Upper floor:* 1st bedroom (star room) with panoramic window, balcony and wonderful view
* 2nd bedroom (rose room) especially cosy with studio window, small desk and 2 beds (1 bed 2.20 m, cot available).

Quiet south-facing location at approx. 700 m above sea level, nestled in woods and meadows. For hiking, our area is one of the most beautiful in Upper Bavaria. You can make wonderful mountain tours and enjoy the picturesque lakes (Chiemsee, Chiemseer-Seenplatte, Thumsee, Tittensee, lakes of the Salzkammergut).Passionate cyclists also get their money's worth. There are cycle paths with no or low gradients (for example around Lake Chiemsee or along the rivers) and challenging tours over the mountains. The Vorauf holiday park is also an ideal starting point for many other activities. You will find interesting events such as concerts, theatre and art exhibitions (in castles on Lake Chiemsee, in Amerang and in the surrounding area near Traunstein, Inzell and Ruhpolding). Munich and Salzburg are ideal destinations for excursions, as they are only a ¾ and ½ hour drive away respectively. More information is available at the tourist offices Siegsdorf and near Salzburg invites you to visit because of its excellent cultural offerings and urban flair (festival, Mozartheum, puppet theatre, Advent Singing, Christmas market, beautiful castle grounds, zoo) we offer many sports facilities at Ferienpark-Vorauf (tennis, mini golf, football, basketball, table tennis, stick shooting, horse riding on request, winter sports). Courses for alpine and cross-country skiing are offered, also skiing instruction for beginners in Vorauf. A very beautiful cross-country ski trail leads only about 200 metres past our house. Sledging is possible everywhere. Sports facilities outside the holiday park: Rudhardt tennis courts, swimming and adventure pools in Siegsdorf, Inzell, Ruhpolding, Prien, Salinenbad Bad Reichenhall. In winter there is alpine skiing in Siegsdorf (night skiing with floodlights), Ruhpolding, Reit im Winkel, Lofer (Austria ) etc. Beautiful cross-country ski trails criss-cross the Chiemgau. Cross-country skiing maps are available from the tourist office. There are many opportunities for children: In Vorauf a playground and football pitch, in Ruhpolding and Marquardstein fairytale parks and a summer toboggan run. Highly recommended is the Mamutmuseeum in can of course relax in our garden, in the shade of the trees simply! Quiet central location
quiet, nice, clean and lovingly furnished cottage with a large balcony with table, chairs and loungers.everything you need is there, even 2 coffee machines pad and filter and an extra freezer. Books, games, information material... everything is there. A large, beautiful bathroom with enough storage space is also available.
Because of the central location it is the ideal accommodation for those who want to go hiking in the mountains as well as to the lake and also to Austria. In short... perfectly situated. Mrs. Hettich is a very nice landlady who gives good, helpful tips for excursions on request. We liked it very much and it was definitely not the last time we were there....

Superhouse
The house is very suitable for a small family (possibly with pet).
Centrally located on the motorway, direction Chiemsee/Berchtesgaden.
We have been there 5 times with our cat Maya.
No matter summer/winter it was always nice to be there.
It was not the last time...........................................

Very nice vacation
Very nice house, quiet location. Nothing was missing. Cozy furnishings, feel-good atmosphere. You can start various activities from there. We liked it very much, a nice and relaxing vacation. We will gladly come back.

Super Urlaub
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Es war sauber und ordendlich. Von dort konnte man gut zu den verschiedensten Aktivitäten starten.
Nichts war zu weit weg. Runderrum ruhe, wie man es im Urlaub will, auch wenn die anderen Häuser vermietet waren.
Jederzeit wieder. Vermieter ist auch sehr nett.

Haus Hettich
Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Mit der wunderschönen Lage fast mitten in der Natur einerseits, den vielen kulturellen Angeboten und sonstigen Möglichkeiten für Freizeitaktivitäten im direkten Umkreis von wenigen Kilometern ist es auch für einen Urlaub außerhalb der üblichen Saisonzeiten nur zu empfehlen. Besonders hilfreich sind auch die vielen Tipps und Hinweise der gastfreundlichen Vermieterin.

Positiv
Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und von der Größe ausreichend für 5 Personen. Eigendlich alles so wie beschrieben. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und für viele Unternehmungen mit Familie sehr geeignet, im Haus befinden sich auch außreichende Hinweise für Ausflüge.
Es war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Besteck und Geschierr waren auch ausreichend vorhanden.
Was uns ein wenig gefehlt hat , war der Internetanschluß (ist aber als Austattung auch nicht angegeben)
Das Preis leistungsverhältnis entspricht.
Mit der Vermieterin hat man guten Kontakt und Sie gibt viele Tipps für Ausflüge!
Wir waren mit 3 Kindern im Alter von 10-16 Jahren und 2 Erwachsene sehr gut im Haus zufrieden und auch ums Haus gibt es Bewegungsmöglichkeiten .

schon 13 Jahre dort untergekommen. Sehr gemütliches und sauberes Haus. Bad ziemlich neu. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gut. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Schöne grüne Lage. Ruhig gelegen. Man sollte aber gut zu Fuß sein, da lange Treppe bis zum Haus.
free time activities: Direkte Wanderwege vor Ort. Ruhpolding u. Traunstein nicht weit entfernt. Seegatterl gutes Skigebiet (ca. 30 km entfernt). Mit Bus erreichbar, falls ohne Auto dort.
shopping facilities: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Siegsdorf (ca. 3-4 km entfernt)

Angenehme Atmosphäre
Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus biete Raum zum Enstspannen. Gleichzeitig liegt es in einer Region mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder hin. Darüber hinaus sind die Vermieter supernett!

shopping facilities: Zum Einkaufen muß man in den nächsten Ort fahren (der Bäcker ist klasse)

Für bis zu 4 Personen empfelenswert.
Sehr sauber und eigentlich kompfortabel.
Eines fehlt vielleicht und zwar ein Internetanschluß,
miß aber nicht unbedingt sein.
Jedenfalls waren wir sehr zufrieden, da wir auch mit 4 Zwergpudeln willkommen waren!
Nochmals recht herzlichen Dank dafür.
Auf jeden Fall, ist dieses Ferienhaus weiter zu empfehlen,vor allem für welche die viel Ruhe suchen.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus
Das Haus Hettich hat uns besonders wegen seiner ruhigen Lage und der gemütlichen Einrichtung gefallen. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über ein nagelneues schönes Badezimmer.
Die Räume sind aufgrund der großen südlichen Fensterfronten angenehm hell.
Auch die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. (Sat-TV, Steroanlage, Kinderbettchen etc.)
Vicinity of the holiday home: Wiesen, Wälder, Berge und Seen. Aber auch größere (Kur-)Orte wie Inzell, Rupolding oder Traunstein sind schnell erreichbar.
free time activities: Viele Möglichkeiten für Freizeitaktivitäten in der Natur. Wandern, Radfahren, Baden, im Winter auch viele Wintersportmöglichkeiten.
shopping facilities: Einkaufen kann man direkt im Ferienpark oder in Siegsdorf. Ein großer Supermarkt findet sich ca. 5-10 Autominuten entfernt.
