Modern and quiet holiday home with garden and swimming pool, surrounded by nature, only 7 minutes from the nearest beach.

Well-behaved dogs are warmly welcome in the holiday home. The property is completely dog-proof fenced.

Very beautiful holiday home with pool and large garden in a green setting in the small village of Brgod and near Labin and Rabac in Istria, only a few kilometers from the beach. The small fishing village of Trget, 7 minutes by car from the holiday house, has cozy pebble beaches and also a dog beach. Trget has two restaurants/bars and a small grocery store.

The beaches in Rabac, surrounded by crystal-clear water, are known as the most beautiful on the Istrian peninsula. The beaches of Rabac are 17 minutes by car and 12 km from the holiday house via the road Salakovci, Klanjac, and the old town of Labin. The charming medieval old town of Labin is known for its cafés, good restaurants with fish and seafood dishes, as well as for its rich cultural life including concerts and festivals with jazz or classical music, which take place throughout the summer. Four large supermarkets are in Labin and there are several small shops.

In the house there are three bedrooms with three bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a large living room. From the beautiful, covered terrace you look out over the pool and the Mediterranean plants in the garden.

Everything is all inclusive. There are no additional or hidden costs. This means that, in addition to electricity and heating costs, bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are included in the booking price. Towels, dish towels, etc. are provided. You should bring your own beach towels.
