The high-quality furnished holiday apartment "Casa Kristin" is located directly on the kilometre-long sandy beach of the Costa Calma and offers a fantastic panoramic view of the sea. With 2 bedrooms (one with flat screen TV and sofa bed) and 2 bathrooms, up to 4 people can spend a relaxing holiday. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and all appliances as well as a dining area for 4 people, satellite TV, music system and much more. Outside there is an electric awning, table and chairs on the balconies
Bed linen, towels, bath towels and beach sheets are also provided.

The "Casa Kristin" is located in a quiet and very well maintained complex with a beautiful pool, only a few meters from the beach of the Costa Calma.
In the pool area, the complex has large sun terraces with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
Supermarket, bakers, various restaurants and bars are within walking distance
Casa Kristin is the ideal starting point for long walks along the beach
Lovers of sun, beach and sea are in good hands on the Costa Calma.

Prime location with beach view

A great accommodation. Plenty of space, everything clean and well-equipped. Various restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Good parking situation. So really nothing to criticize.
Everything around it was great too. We always had a reliable contact person from the day of booking.

Beautiful apartment

Great view, super location right on the beach, the apartment is larger than it appears in the pictures, nice and quiet despite the location.

Also great were the sand toys, the beach tent, the sun umbrella, and the beach chair.

What was missing was just a vegetable peeler and a can opener.

Ocean waves 24/7 - A dream - peace and relaxation

We have recovered very well - the apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen with living room was extremely quiet, clean and had a fantastic location!
It was a 3-minute walk to the beach - no traffic - 2 beach bars nearby!
Since we were looking for peace and contemplation, it was ideal for us.
We would love to come back.

Super nice flat

We had a very nice three weeks in the flat Casa Kristin. A very beautiful flat, very clean, nothing was missing
and with a mega great view of the sea. Our contact person Vera is really nice and helpful, it doesn't get any better than that. That's why we have already booked the flat again for next year. We can absolutely recommend it.

Fantastic holiday at Casa Kristin

We spent a wonderful time at Casa Kristin with our two children (3+6).
First of all, the contact with Vera was very pleasant, friendly and uncomplicated. When we arrived at the flat, we were greeted by a lovingly and very well equipped holiday flat.
We wanted for nothing - from washing machine, hairdryer and beach towels to toys for the children, everything was there

The location is unique, as you are greeted with a beautiful sunrise every morning and are only a few steps away from the beach
The shopping facilities in the village are only a stone's throw away.

3 Wonderful weeks with sunshine galore

We had 3 wonderful weeks with lots of sun and little wind.
The flat offers every comfort with a super view and wonderful sunrises.
The care by Vera and the dentist's tip made the holiday an experience.
The 2 bedrooms gave us the opportunity to wake up to the sound of the sea and the sunrise.
We can only recommend the complex with its proximity to the beach and the flat with the excellent care of Vera.

Here you feel at home.

Upon arrival, we were greeted very kindly by the sympathetic Vera Laubach, who acquainted us with the essentials.
When entering the apartment, we had the feeling
"Here we are at the right place."
Casa Kristin is a very cozy vacation rental with upscale furnishings. The view from the kitchen/living room of the sea and the beach is stunning!
If the wind allows it, you can have breakfast on the balcony and simply enjoy the view.
The apartment is very quiet, about a 5-minute walk from the complex to the beach. 50 meters and you're in the sand. Shopping opportunities are less than 5 minutes away, parking is easy right in front of the door.
We slept very well and with the door open, you can hear the sea.
We had a lovely 2 weeks at Casa Kristin.

"Dream holiday" thanks to this great accommodation.

We, a small family of three, stayed in this wonderful apartment during the specified period. From the first impression to the last minute, we were all completely thrilled. The cleanliness, the amenities, and the dreamy view from the terrace were all superb. Not to forget the excellent rental service. A vacation truly starts on a positive note when you are greeted so warmly and lovingly as we were by the lovely Vera. Conclusion: "Always a pleasure" and already scheduled the next appointments.

Casa Kristin - Pure relaxation

Casa Kristin fulfills everything promised in the description. The care provided by Mrs. Laubach was straightforward, reliable, and very friendly from the initial inquiry until our departure. We had two relaxing weeks. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Costa Calma in a very quiet and well-maintained small complex and is an excellent base to explore the island with its diverse landscapes. The view of the beach and mountains alone is pure relaxation. Only criticism: the mentioned double bed consists of two single beds put together with a certain independence and could benefit from better mattresses in our opinion. We resorted to the pull-out couch and had a wonderful view of the sunrise every morning from here. All in all, plenty of reasons to come back here!

Well-kept apartment with a fantastic sea view

Before our arrival, we had a very nice and uncomplicated contact with Mrs. Laubach. During the key handover, we were extensively informed about all details of the apartment and the surroundings.
The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and very bright. From the two balconies, we had a fantastic sea view with beautiful sunrises. Two bathrooms, good beds, and a well-equipped kitchen contributed to our well-being. The facility with a small pool makes a very well-kept impression. The beach is easily accessible within a few minutes on foot. Shopping opportunities and restaurants are also located nearby.
We really spent 14 beautiful vacation days here and have already booked again for next year.
Once again, many thanks to Mrs. Laubach for the kind support on site.
