Description
The holiday flat is located in a quiet, rural setting on the outskirts of the idyllic holiday village of Ahlbeck. You live separately at the back of the former farm. This is home to many animals: such as sheep, dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, mute geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, ornamental poultry as well as two ponies and three sweet donkeys.
A nice children's playground and barbecue facilities are also available.
On request, a holiday home with a living/bedroom,
a kitchen and a bathroom.
Two parking spaces are available for caravans and motorhomes. Price on request

coming from Eggesin L 28 in the direction of Ahlbeck about 4.4 km to the bus stop,
then turn left at the sign: "Zum Lindenhof", extensions 6+7

The village of Ahlbeck is located about 12 km southeast of Ueckermünde, in the middle of the Ueckermünde Heath. Ahlbeck is an old farming village. The drained Ahlbeck Lake, today's Fenn, is a piece of unique natural landscape. The Ahlbeck orchid meadow as well as the rare bird and wild animal population let nature lovers in particular get their money's worth here
The restaurant "Zum Seegrund" with its home-style cooking is also highly recommended.

Easter holiday to Corona
Finally, after almost 2 years, we were able to holiday again at our beloved Lindenhof. For the first time we stayed in the Jägerstube and enjoyed it to the fullest, everything was generous, spacious and modern. Our dear Christel and dear Uwe once again took great care of us. The get-together by the fire was very nice as always and the coffee break has become a cherished tradition. The nature, the peace and the animals make you forget your everyday worries very quickly. You have to be here and you will always come back.
The highlight was of course little Bruno and the kittens.
We are already counting the days until the next reunion.

Great accommodation

Dream holiday for children, deceleration for parents
We spent our family holiday at the Lindenhof for 10 nights and are soooo happy to have found this offer!
The farm is located in the middle of the forest and fields and yet so well situated that it is only 10-15 minutes by car to the nearest (almost Baltic Sea-like) beaches
The holiday home was really huge and therefore ideal with 3 children. They could also make noise there, which is rather difficult in some other holiday homes when you live wall to wall with the neighbour. That also made the holiday a lot easier
"Grandma and Grandpa Kage were very warm, open and took the time to explain everything we wanted to know about the animals, the farm, etc. to our children and to us. Every morning and evening we could go with them to feed the animals, let them out of the stalls, pet them, go for a walk, .... The children were never bored, thanks to the great playground with toys and trampoline as well as the great offers from the Kage family, such as the tractor ride, the overnight stay in the tree house or the joint barbecue
There was no shortage of activities either, there is so much to discover in this region, we couldn't do it all
Due to the many freedoms and activities for children and the absolute silence there (at night you only hear the wind and the crickets), we as parents could really switch off and enjoy the deceleration
We will definitely come back and are really happy to have met these great hosts!

Happy Family
Holiday in July 2021
We traveled from NRW and were curious about what our holiday at Lindenhof would be like. Our 4 daughters, 2, 4, 6, and 9 years old, could hardly wait to explore everything. As soon as we arrived, the great exploration began.
We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable. The fresh air, the location in the middle of nature, hardly any traffic, swallows in front of the window all day long, simply take a step back or two, nice people, and even more beautiful experiences are possible at Lindenhof. As parents, it was important to us that the children could move freely without pressure and have a lot to discover. Yes, all of this was possible. The children could help take care of the animals, search for the chickens' eggs, and ask a lot of questions. A tractor ride in the trailer through the forest was also included. Simply great. Blueberries were plentiful. We went swimming often and didn't have to drive far for it.
Grilling and campfires rounded off the days. There was also a lot to see in the surrounding area.
After two weeks, we unfortunately had to leave. The children said they want to live here forever, and they bid goodbye with "Goodbye Grandma Kage." If you want to escape the tourist hustle and bustle in holiday resorts and simply enjoy a familiar, relaxed holiday atmosphere without constraints, with plenty of relaxation, and want to experience both the countryside and seaside air, come to the Kage family.
It's a hidden gem, but please continue spreading the word, it's worth it. The children can really let loose.
We have already booked for next year.
