Description
The holiday flat is located in a quiet, rural setting on the outskirts of the idyllic holiday village of Ahlbeck. You live separately at the back of the former farm. This is home to many animals: such as sheep, dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, mute geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, ornamental poultry as well as two ponies and three sweet donkeys.
A nice children's playground and barbecue facilities are also available.
On request, a holiday home with a living/bedroom,
a kitchen and a bathroom.
Two parking spaces are available for caravans and motorhomes. Price on request

The village of Ahlbeck is located about 12 km southeast of Ueckermünde, in the middle of the Ueckermünde Heath. Ahlbeck is an old farming village. The drained Ahlbeck Lake, today's Fenn, is a piece of unique natural landscape. The Ahlbeck orchid meadow as well as the rare bird and wild animal population let nature lovers in particular get their money's worth here
The restaurant "Zum Seegrund" with its home-style cooking is also highly recommended.

Easter holiday to Corona
Finally, after almost 2 years, we were able to holiday again at our beloved Lindenhof. For the first time we stayed in the Jägerstube and enjoyed it to the fullest, everything was generous, spacious and modern. Our dear Christel and dear Uwe once again took great care of us. The get-together by the fire was very nice as always and the coffee break has become a cherished tradition. The nature, the peace and the animals make you forget your everyday worries very quickly. You have to be here and you will always come back.
The highlight was of course little Bruno and the kittens.
We are already counting the days until the next reunion.

Dream holiday for children, deceleration for parents
We spent our family holiday at the Lindenhof for 10 nights and are soooo happy to have found this offer!
The farm is located in the middle of the forest and fields and yet so well situated that it is only 10-15 minutes by car to the nearest (almost Baltic Sea-like) beaches
The holiday home was really huge and therefore ideal with 3 children. They could also make noise there, which is rather difficult in some other holiday homes when you live wall to wall with the neighbour. That also made the holiday a lot easier
"Grandma and Grandpa Kage were very warm, open and took the time to explain everything we wanted to know about the animals, the farm, etc. to our children and to us. Every morning and evening we could go with them to feed the animals, let them out of the stalls, pet them, go for a walk, .... The children were never bored, thanks to the great playground with toys and trampoline as well as the great offers from the Kage family, such as the tractor ride, the overnight stay in the tree house or the joint barbecue
There was no shortage of activities either, there is so much to discover in this region, we couldn't do it all
Due to the many freedoms and activities for children and the absolute silence there (at night you only hear the wind and the crickets), we as parents could really switch off and enjoy the deceleration
We will definitely come back and are really happy to have met these great hosts!

Happy Family
Holiday in July 2021
We traveled from NRW and were curious about what our holiday at Lindenhof would be like. Our 4 daughters, 2, 4, 6, and 9 years old, could hardly wait to explore everything. As soon as we arrived, the great exploration began.
We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable. The fresh air, the location in the middle of nature, hardly any traffic, swallows in front of the window all day long, simply take a step back or two, nice people, and even more beautiful experiences are possible at Lindenhof. As parents, it was important to us that the children could move freely without pressure and have a lot to discover. Yes, all of this was possible. The children could help take care of the animals, search for the chickens' eggs, and ask a lot of questions. A tractor ride in the trailer through the forest was also included. Simply great. Blueberries were plentiful. We went swimming often and didn't have to drive far for it.
Grilling and campfires rounded off the days. There was also a lot to see in the surrounding area.
After two weeks, we unfortunately had to leave. The children said they want to live here forever, and they bid goodbye with "Goodbye Grandma Kage." If you want to escape the tourist hustle and bustle in holiday resorts and simply enjoy a familiar, relaxed holiday atmosphere without constraints, with plenty of relaxation, and want to experience both the countryside and seaside air, come to the Kage family.
It's a hidden gem, but please continue spreading the word, it's worth it. The children can really let loose.
We have already booked for next year.

Viel erlebt in kurzer Zeit, stressfreie und kurze Anfahrtswege.
Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und sauber.
Wir kommen garantiert wieder.
Das Highlight war natürlich der kleine Bruno und die Katzenbabys.
Wir zählen schon die Tage bis zum nächsten Wiedersehen.
Der Hof liegt mitten zwischen Wald und Feld und doch so gut gelegen, dass es zu den nächsten (nahezu ostseegleichen) Stränden nur 10-15min mit dem Auto sind.
Das Ferienhaus war wirklich riesig und somit ideal mit 3 Kindern. Diese konnten auch mal Krach machen dort, was in manch anderen Ferienwohnungen eher schwierig ist, wenn man Wand an Wand mit dem Nachbarn lebt. Auch das hat den Urlaub sehr erleichtert.
"Oma und Opa" Kage waren total herzlich, offen und nahmen sich Zeit, unseren Kindern und uns alles zu erklären, was wir zu den Tieren, dem Hof, etc wissen wollten. Jeden Morgen und Abend konnten wir mit auf Fütterungsrunde gehen, die Tiere aus den Ställen lassen, streicheln, gassigehen, ... Den Kindern wurde dort nicht langweilig, dafür sorgte auch die tolle Spielwiese mit Spielzeugen und Trampolin sowie tolle Angebote der Familie Kage wie die Traktorfahrt, die Übernachtung im Baumhaus oder das gemeinsame Grillen.
Auch an Aktivitäten mangelte es nicht, in dieser Region gibt es viel zu entdecken, wir konnten gar nicht alles schaffen.
Durch die vielen Freiheiten und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder sowie die absolute Stille dort (Nachts hört man nur den Wind und die Grillen) konnten wir als Eltern wirklich abschalten und die Entschleunigung genießen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und sind wirklich froh, diese tollen Gastgeber kennen gelernt zu haben!

Aus NRW sind wir Angereist und waren gespannt wie der Urlaub auf dem Lindenhof sein wird.Unser 4Töchter 2,4,6und 9Jahre Alt konnten es kaum Erwarten alles zu Erkunden.Kaum angekommen ging die große Erkundung los.
Wir wurden sehr Herzlich Empfangen und fühlten uns auch gleich wohl.Die frische Luft, die Lage mitten in der Natur , kaum Verkehr,den ganzen Tag Schwalben vor dem Fenster einfach mal einen Gang Runterschalten oder zwei,nette Menschen und noch mehr schöne Erlebnisse sind möglich auf dem Lindenhof.
Als Eltern war uns wichtig das die Kinder ohne Zwang einfach Frei sich bewegen können und viel zu entdecken haben.
Ja das alles war möglich.Die Kinder konnten die Tiere mit versorgen , die Eier der Hühner mit suchen und jede menge Fragen stellen. Eine Traktorfahrt im Anhänger durch den Wald war auch drin. Einfach super.Blaubeeren gab es in Hülle und Fülle . Baden waren wir auch oft und mussten dafür nicht weit Fahren.
Grillen und Lagerfeuer rundeten die Tage ab.Im Umland gab es auch viel zu sehen.
Nach zwei Wochen mussten wir leider Abreisen.Die Kinder sagten sie wollen für immer hier Wohnen und zum Schluss verabschiedeten sie sich mit"auf Wiedersehen Oma Kage".
Wer dem Tourismustrubel in Urlaubsanlagen entgehen will und einfach die familiäre, freie Urlaubsstimmung haben will ohne Zwänge mit viel Entspannung und sowohl Land wie auch Küstenluft schnuppern möchte kommt zu Familie Kage.
Es ist ein Geheimtipp aber bitte trotzdem weiter sagen es lohnt sich.Die Kinder können sich richtig Ausleben.
Für das nächste Jahr haben wir wieder gebucht.

Einziger Nachteil und wem das nicht ausreicht und zur Insel Usedom will muss lange Fahrzeiten einplanen.
Ein Tripp nach Polen ist ca. 40 K m entfernt und lässt jedes Schnäppchenjäger Herz höher schlagen.
Im Großen und Ganzen es war für uns ein unvergessliches Erlebniss auf einen wirklich schönen Bauernhof.
Das Ferienobjekt liegt abseits vom Trubel, ruhig für Naturliebhaber, aber mit dem Auto sind in wenigen Kilometer Entfernung Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Tankstelle, verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Strand am Haff, schnell zu erreichen.
Im Objekt war alles sauber und ordentlich, wir konnten gut schlafen und können auf jeden Fall eine Weiterempfehlung geben.
Besonders hat uns die große Dachterasse gefallen. Dort haben wir gerne unser Frühstück oder einfach einen gemütlichen Abend genossen.
Vom Hof aus kann man direkt einen schönen Waldspaziergang machen oder sich ein Fahrad bei Familie Kage ausleihen. Die Gegend rund um den Lindenhof ist herrlich in der Natur gelegen. Da ist es gut möglich, daß man sogar das eine oder andere Wildtier beobachten kann.
Von Eggesin aus haben wir eine wunderschöne Kanutour unternommen.
In Uckermünde kann man auch am schönen Strand baden gehen.
Fischbrötchenliebhaber kommen ebenfalls auf ihre Kosten.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder...
Wir hatten alles, was man braucht in einer Ferienwohnung. Man konnte die Ruhe genießen und die Kinder konnten sich austoben bzw sie lernten auch, wie man sich um die Tiere kümmert.
Wir durften Alles nutzen, so wie es beschrieben wurde.
Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Gerne kommen wir im nächsten Jahr wieder.
