Close to the 'Humbold-Blicks' of the most beautiful viewing platform of Tenerife, the urbanisation 'Parque Residencial El Drago' with the holiday home Casa Margarita - only 7-8 minutes by car from Puerto de La Cruz, at a height of approx. 250m above sea level - with a unique panoramic view over the whole Orotava valley - both to the sea and to the high mountains - crowned by the highest mountain of Spain, the Teide (approx. 3700m).
The bungalow has a living area of approx. 125m² and a swimming pool in the middle of a beautiful garden of approx. 650m².
Both bedrooms are bright and friendly furnished in Canarian style
The first bedroom has a direct access to the bathroom and a direct access to the beautiful garden
Both bedrooms and also the living, dining area are equipped with radiators.
Of course you will find German pillows and blankets, which are also suitable for allergy sufferers.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom with bathtub.
The Casa Margarita is situated in the middle of a plot of approx. 650m² surrounded by a beautiful garden with lush subtropical vegetation. From the terrace you have direct access to the house, the living room and the kitchen. There is a versatile coffee machine available for espresso, cappuccino and typical local coffees. The outdoor area with its approx. 4x9m pool and sun loungers invites you to relax. Enjoy the unique panoramic view and the beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine from our outdoor sitting area

Location and surroundings of object
The Valle de la Orotava runs from the sea to an altitude of almost 2,000 metres until almost the beginning of Las Canadas with the Pico del Teide, Spain's highest mountain at 3,718 metres. The town of Puerto de La Cruz, the former port of La Orotava, is the present capital of the valley. The nearby town of Puerto de La Cruz is best explored on foot. In the old town of Puerto de La Cruz you will find cosy little restaurants typical for the country where you can enjoy the Canarian way of life. An excursion to the Teide over Las Canadas must not be missing in any case, with good far view you can see the islands La Palma. In the surroundings you will find numerous sandy beaches, a beautiful swimming landscape by Cesar Manrique, the botanical garden of Puerto de La Cruz, the Loro Parque with its numerous animals from all over the world as well as various supermarkets also very close to the house.
