This exclusive villa with views of the city, the Atlantic Ocean, and Mount Teide is located in a special villa area above the city of Puerto de la Cruz.
The 1.5-story villa offers a total of 230 sqm of living space and is situated on a well-maintained, beautiful garden plot of 540 sqm with its own heated pool, sun terraces, and barbecue area with a built-in grill.
The villa belonged to the renowned and well-known owner Simon Spies of the Danish tour operator Spies Reisen. The villa is located within close walking distance of the Botanical Garden. In 25 minutes on foot you can reach the harbor and Plaza Charco. In the immediate vicinity (5 minutes on foot) there are many shopping opportunities (supermarket, bakery, etc.)
A stay at Villa Casa Janni is an attractive place to spend your vacation in a relaxed way. Here you can enjoy your privacy, or share it with your family or friends. The ground floor features a large living and dining room, with a big dining table and a cozy designer seating area, which includes a hi-fi system, satellite flat screen, and DVD player.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, freezer, and refrigerator leaves nothing to be desired.
Two bedrooms with double beds, one single room, and two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer complete the ground floor. One floor above, directly under the roof, there is a large room with a double bed, separate bathroom with bathtub, a kitchenette, satellite TV, and a large balcony with a view of the Teide.
The villa has a washing machine and dryer in a separate building. There is also a baby bed and a high chair. Furthermore, an iron and ironing board are available. In the basement there is free internet access (ADSL broadband)

The villa was built in 1964 and renovated in 1988, 1998, 2005/2006, and 2024. Electricity and water are registered and recorded.
The house is cleaned once a week (included in the price) and the garden is maintained.
Towels and bed linen are included.
Pool towels are also included.
The villa has a capacity for 9 people.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located in a special residential area above the town of Puerto de la Cruz. In the near 'walking distance of the Botanical Gardens and a 25-minute walk from the port and the Plaza Charco. Puerto de la Cruz is one of the most beautiful resorts in Tenerife and is situated on the north coast of the island. In the former fishing village, both the Spanish and the local traditions are steeped. The narrow streets of the old town are characterized by a colonial architecture and can be better explored on foot as driving. Popular attractions include the saltwater Lake Martianez, the Parrot Park - Loro Parque, the banana plantations and the Botanical Gardens.

Cancellation terms:

Spacious casa with magnificent view to the Teide
We were warmly welcomed with fresh fruit, wine and a nicely set table
We (4 adults) stayed for 2 weeks and could use the whole house, which we felt was very generous of the landlord. The house and garden offer beautiful views to the Teide and many nice corners, there was a retreat for everyone. As a starting point, the Casa also offers numerous possibilities for hiking, strolling and swimming. We felt very comfortable. The contact with Mr J. Nielsen was very nice and uncomplicated.

Wonderfully quiet villa
We had a wonderful relaxing week at Casa Jani with our whole family with 3 children in total. Perfect for families or with friends. Barbecue and chill in the garden, or eat in nice (there are also not so touristy) and typical Spanish restaurants. Facilities in the house are perfect, everything you need is there. A villa that is very private and has a beautiful view of the Teide and the city.
recommend for: seniors, holiday with children, holiday without car, cultural and sightseeing holiday, beach holiday, romantic holiday
