Description

This accommodation is located on the 3rd floor of the "Terrasflat" on the extreme south side of Egmond aan Zee.

At the front there is only a footpath to the beach so you will not be bothered by traffic and for your car you will have access to a private garage with space for bicycles you bring with you.

The apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 people and has one bedroom. If you are traveling with 4 people, there is a comfortable sofa bed available for 2 people in the living room. From the spacious living room you have access to a wide terrace on the south and a narrower terrace on the west side. You also have access to the balcony on the west from the bedroom.

There is a lift in the building but PLEASE NOTE: it stops between floors so you always have to go up or down a number of steps to get to the entrance of the apartment.

This accommodation has a private garage (entrance 2.41 mtr wide and 2.03 mtr high), it is not allowed to charge an electric vehicle or bicycle in the garage or storage.
