Spacious and stylishly decorated "Villa Monica" offers guests a true summer idyll of the Istrian peninsula. The total area of the house is 250 m2.

The 4 bedrooms (queen size double beds) can accommodate a total of 8 persons.

2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and the stairs lead to the other 2 bedrooms.

2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and toilets. The washing machine is located in a storage room.

The kitchen is superbly equipped with a central bar suitable for a quick meal. From kitchen utensils, you have an oven, stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and many other appliances.

The spacious living room offers the ultimate in comfort in a large corner group. A dining table is featured.

SAT TV and Wi-Fi are available.
