Description
The ground floor has a spacious living room with access to a large covered terrace with a fireplace, where there is also a ping-pong table, foosball and electronic darts. In front of the house is a beautiful heated swimming pool with children's pool with whirlpool. The heating is solar and increases the pool temperature in sunny weather.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom, separate toilet, entrance from the terrace, a double bedroom, and space to relax. The whole villa is air-conditioned and there is heating by fireplace and central heating.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and another small room with two single beds and a cot.
In one room there is a TV with satellite channels, and air conditioning.
There is a bathroom with bath and the other with shower.
In the attic, which is 180 cm in the lowest part, there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with double bed and a single bed.
Both rooms are air conditioned. Free FLAT WiFi is available through the whole property.
In the loft is a bathroom with shower as well. All windows have mosquito nets.

Location and surroundings of object
Manjadvorci is a small village just a few kilometers from the beaches on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula.
It is filled with friendly people and old traditions. Around the village there is only green Mediterranean nature. You feel completely rested and relaxed by big green trees and beautiful scenery.
Pula, the cultural and gastronomic jewel of Istria, is only a short drive away, and all the other sights are within easy reach of the Istrian highway.
Wonderful beaches and brilliant sea are just minutes away, and good restaurants and interesting places are all around.
A ranch called "Barba Tone" is very close, and there you can experience horse riding.
Also, 2 km from the house is an adrenaline park "Glavani" filled with exciting features.
Diving can be organized just 6 km from the house. A kayak trip can be organized by the owners and you can rent bicycles and quad bikes for children.

Super holiday home
This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful holiday home! It is very clean with a great pool. The landlord is very nice and cooked a delicious meal for us
