The bungalow is fully equipped for 5 people: 1 living/dining room with satellite system and TV, a fully furnished kitchen, 2 bedrooms, hallway, bathroom with toilet and shower, terrace with garden chairs, 2 sun loungers and a grill. High season 455 euros / week Low and off season 315 euros / week High season: summer vacation in Germany. Low and off season: from Easter vacation to autumn vacation, except summer vacation. Bed linen, hand and kitchen towels must be brought along.

The self-contained bungalow settlement "Surrach" is located approximately 2 km north of Benicarlo on a small hill right by the sea, about 400m from the main Barcelona-Valencia road (N340). A pebble beach with some sandy areas can be reached via a concrete staircase about 25m away.
Benicarlo is located on the Costa Azahar / Costa Dorada, approximately 220 km south of Barcelona and about 140 km from Valencia. It is a typical Spanish town with a fishing and yacht harbor. Right next to the harbor is the popular sandy beach. The climatic conditions are extraordinarily favorable. Swimming opportunities exist with pleasant water temperatures from April to October. In Benicarlo, there are bars, restaurants, self-service stores, a market and fish hall, as well as banks and pharmacies, doctors, etc. Fishing village with approximately [number of] inhabitants. The house includes a sun-protected parking space. This area not only offers good swimming and water sports opportunities. There are also worthwhile excursion destinations nearby: Peñíscola with its splendid castle, promenade, and miles of sandy beach, Las Fuentes, Alcoceber with fine sandy beaches, the Ebro Delta (rice fields), the large water slides in Benicasim, Morrella in the mountains nearby:
