Description
The holiday home welcomes you with a large entrance area. On the ground floor you enter the living room with corner couch and TV armchair and the spacious open kitchen with the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and ceramic hob.
From the living room you enter the first bedroom with box spring bed and 2-door wardrobe. Furthermore, the bathroom with tub, shower and toilet as well as the second bathroom with washbasin and the guest toilet are located on the ground floor.
Via the stairs in the hallway you reach the upper bedrooms: a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes as well as a twin bedroom with a 2-door wardrobe. There are additional flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms.

There are external blinds on the windows throughout the house - except in the twin bedroom.
The holiday home is a semi-detached house on an enclosed plot. In front of the entrance of the holiday home there is a terrace with a sheltered view for a joint breakfast or cosy barbecue evenings. You can park your bicycles there on the terrace. There are two free parking spaces for your cars directly at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a quiet suburban area in the Müritz town of Waren. Supermarket and bakery are only a 3-min walk away. Waren (Müritz) is located on the northern shore of the Müritz - the largest inland lake in Germany.
The marina is the tourist centre of Waren an der Müritz. Only a few metres lie between the marina and the Old Town Hall on the Neuer Markt. A variety of beer halls, restaurants and cafés await you in the historic old town. You can start your steamboat trip across the Müritz from the marina or the Steinmole.
In the spa town of Waren (Müritz) you can rent a wide variety of boats. You will find several bicycle rental shops, especially in the old town. The youngest are sure to be interested in the lido with slide on the Müritz and the Müritz Climbing Forest. Both can be reached by bike in less than 5 minutes. The MÜRITZEUM is recommended for every guest.
The Müritz National Park begins right on the outskirts of town. It is the largest forest national park in Germany and - like the entire wooded and lakeside area around Waren an der Müritz - a worthwhile destination for many nature lovers, cyclists and hikers ...
