The holiday flat in the heart of the old town is only a few steps away from the landing stage of the excursion steamers. The flat is cosy and comfortably furnished. It is divided into a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom with a double bed. The couch in the living room is very big, but it cannot be pulled out and is therefore less suitable for sleeping. A 3-door wardrobe with mirror is also in the bedroom. You have underfloor heating in the tiled rooms. Wifi is available.

From the kitchen you can access a small barbecue terrace with sheltered outdoor seating. If necessary, you can put your bicycles under shelter there. The car parking space is 300m/4min walk away from the holiday flat. To unload and load your car, you can drive right up to the flat in front of the door.

You can get the rolls for breakfast at the bakery just around the corner. You can also have breakfast there. The street in front of the house is a dead end, so the flat is quiet despite its location in the old town. The Müritz town of Waren is located on the northern shore of the Müritz - the largest inland lake in Germany. The sports boat and yacht harbour is the tourist heart of Waren (Müritz)
The town harbour and the centre of the old town are close together in the spa town of Waren (Müritz). A variety of beer pubs, restaurants and cafés await you in the historic old town just around the corner. You can start your steamboat trip across the Müritz from the marina or the stone pier just a few steps away from the holiday flat. You can rent a wide variety of boats in Waren (Müritz). You will find several bike rentals right in the old town (approx. 450m). The youngest ones will surely be interested in the lido with slide at the Müritz. You can reach it easily on foot in twelve minutes. The MÜRITZEUM is recommended for every guest. The Müritz National Park begins right on the outskirts of town.
