Conservatory one with sofa and further dining table just off the living room and another conservatory on the roof terrace with corner sofa. Roof terrace with large table and corner lounge are also sun loungers and can be adjusted as desired, parasols, Weber charcoal ball grill AND Weber gas grill Spirit as well as electric table grill available, hot/cold water (electric boiler), solar outdoor shower, plenty of towels, bed linen and kitchen towels, beach stuff and lots of games/craft/painting stuff, books and much more. In total, two private terraces/patios of different sizes and two conservatories, all amply equipped with furniture.
There is a mobile gas heater in the outside cupboard, for example for the conservatory, but this may only be used if fresh oxygen is regularly supplied by short ventilation (gas consumption not included)
Free public parking directly in front of the beach and on the way, one minute walk, but for short loading/unloading you may drive along the beach path to the front of the stairs without any problems

Cala/Playa Romantica, Cala Mandia, Cala Anguila are THREE bays next to each other, with fine sandy, shallow and very family-friendly beaches, all within easy walking distance.

Opposite is an undeveloped, unspoilt nature reserve that invites you to go for long walks and hikes.
Location of house: In Cala/Playa Romantica drive all the way down the road until you reach the turn-off towards the beach (PLAYA), the road ends in a free public car park, park there

There are two restaurants and two small supermarkets in Cala Romantica, one in about 3 minutes walking distance and one on top of the hill in about 10 minutes walking distance. In the bay right next to us, about 10-15 minutes walk, there are various supermarkets like Spar, as well as pharmacy and other shops and many restaurants. In Porto Cristo (5km by public bus and excursion boats/train) there are larger supermarkets, and in Manacor or Cala Millor (12km by public bus or excursion boats) there are Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, Hiper, Carrefour, etc.

We are ourselves for decades absolute fans of the beautiful Playa Romantica, thereby know many of the residents there and "repeat offenders" ;) A wonderful spot with an absolutely great atmosphere summer and winter :)) We live in Switzerland, but are quite often at the Playa itself it comes that we take care of each other with friends and acquaintances for many things and so also like to be approachable for everything :) Absolutely great location on the beach and sea. Beautiful bay Cala Romantica with fine sand and shallow sloping beach. Two more smaller beaches within walking distance in about 5-10 minutes. The accommodation is mainly used privately by family and friends and is therefore really well equipped, with toys, baking utensils and lots of kitchen supplies, etc.. Everything may be used by everyone, no closed cabinets :)
