The ski run in Obertraun on the Krippenstein has a length of 11km with 1500m difference in altitude! Together with the glacier crossing it becomes 25km of downhill run.
Freeskiing World Champion Chris Davenport confirms that the Krippenstein is one of the top freeride areas in the world, in a row with areas like Chamonix or Verbier.
Snow is guaranteed all the way down to the valley thanks to the snowmaking system.
High alpine terrain with countless variants for ski tourers, more than 30 km off-piste variants for freeriders. Countless outdoor possibilities, depending on snow and weather conditions:
