Description
The country house to oak was originally built around 1850 and later extended and from 2000 completely house is with a modern gas heating ( floor heating) has a double room with double bed and from this accessible bathroom with corner bath, shower, toilet and sink. The second double room has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a spacious dining area.
The spacious living room (approx. 40 sqm) has a sitting area with a double glass door to the covered south-facing terrace (approx. 15 sqm), a "tea corner" with a wonderful view of the garden and a large terrace
with a wonderful view of the garden and an additional reading corner with a cosy old leather armchair. In the spacious hallway there is room for shoes, rubber boots, rain jackets ...
You occupy the house alone, the rooms upstairs are unoccupied and locked during your stay.
The character of an old country house is also emphasised by the antique furniture in almost all rooms (exception: upholstered furniture, beds etc.).
The 1100 sqm garden with two terraces and a seating area in the greenery
is also at your exclusive disposal. The parking space is designed for two cars, you can park your bicycles on a covered parking space on the north side of the house. You can also rent bicycles for a reasonable price nearby (300m).

500m. To the south can be reached on foot in 3minutes Aurich the forest. With a bike you can virtually in every direction from the house on marked cycle paths, away from traffic as most of the north in about 20 minutes to the beach in Bensersiel, south through the Aurich-based forest, moorland, meadows and quiet villages, according to west through the marsh to the remarkable town Dornum (church, castle) or after (north-) east over Werdum Neuharlingersiel and Carolinensiel.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
