At Finca Can Flores you will experience Mallorca at its most beautiful! The summer house with typical Mallorcan flair is located in the south of the island – only about 750 meters from the Cala Santanyi beach. A dream holiday residence with 3 separate apartments for up to 10 guests!
The finca features a spacious, partially covered terrace. Here you can chat with friends and family, barbecue together, sunbathe on one of the comfortable loungers, or cool off in the private pool. Enjoy a lavish dinner in an atmospheric setting on the furnished veranda after a long day at the beach. The lovingly designed outdoor area is separated from the neighboring properties by a fence. Numerous retreats invite you to relax and linger.
The Finca can Flores consists of 3 apartments spread over 2 floors and is modern and comfortably furnished. In the first apartment on the ground floor there is space for 4 people; since there is a spacious sofa bed in the living room, 2 additional people can stay here in exceptional cases. In the second apartment – also on the ground floor – there is space for 2 people; the third apartment on the upper floor is accessible via a staircase and is designed for 4 people. The kitchens are equipped with an electric stove and all essential utensils for cooking, and can be conveniently used to prepare smaller or larger meals. Additionally, there is a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Very cosy finca
We had rented one of the three flats in the finca. The other tenants were very friendly and we didn't find it disturbing that the finca had other guests. It is in a quiet location, but you can quickly get to the great beaches in the area by car. The house is well equipped and very well maintained (including the pool). We found our stay there perfect :)

Very nice house in a quiet location
The house is really nice and located in a quiet place within walking distance from the beach
The pool is very large and thus offers more possibilities than just splashing around. The terrace and outdoor kitchen invite you to dine under the stars in the evenings when the weather is good.
The two e-bikes are very practical, so you don't always have to start the car.

Pure relaxation - just let your soul dangle!
Arriving at Finca Can Flores, we immediately felt completely at ease and left everyday life behind. Traveling with friends, we quickly divided up the different apartment units and each had our own retreat. We enjoyed gathering around the pool, relaxing in the sun, reading, splashing with the children, or grilling our fresh fish catches together in the evenings, which we bought in the nearby area. During the day, we explored different coves and swam in the magnificent seawater of Mallorca. We enjoyed our time at the property Can Flores and in the surrounding area so much that we immediately booked again for this year.

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil
This spacious holiday home is in very well-maintained condition and very stylishly furnished with great attention to detail. The individual apartments are nicely laid out, and the large terrace with pool and barbecue area leaves nothing to be desired. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The city center of Santanyi is also only a few minutes away by car. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. I can highly recommend the apartment to everyone.
