Description

Quiet, modern and spacious, approx. 100 sqm bright ground floor flat with ethanol fireplace, conservatory and use of garden. The garden to the west side borders directly on the dyke, from the east side you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Harlesiel marina and Harlesiel. Completely renovated and newly furnished in October 2018. Own parking space and covered bicycle shed.

Mooring facilities for pleasure craft approx. 50m in front of the property.

2 bedrooms, one with TV/DVD. Bathroom with shower and separate WC (hairdryer). Kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave with grill function, dishwasher, fridge, coffee/tea maker. Living room with TV/DVD. Windows with shutters. Shared laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Pets allowed, bed linen for rent, towels for rent. Non-smokers (sheltered "smokers' corner" in carport).

On the east side, it is directly adjacent to the marina and the sea lock to the North Sea.
On the west side, our property borders directly on the dyke.

Beautiful vacation with dog

The vacation was wonderful again, we have booked again for next year, it would be nice if the garden in the back was closed again. Due to the dike extension, it is currently open. Our dog would be happy?

Apartment at the marina

Regarding the cleanliness of the apartment, it should be noted that there were a lot of open food items stored by the previous tenant in the kitchen cabinets, and it's unclear how long they had been there. This bothered me a bit; otherwise, the apartment was clean.

Unique - almost perfect

One can only rave about it. Great location (2 minutes walking distance to the bakery, 5 minutes to the beach), very clean, very nice bedrooms with plenty of storage space (the mattresses were a bit too soft for us, but that's subjective), wonderful bathroom (fairly new) with walk-in shower, great conservatory with highlight "Alexa", beautiful terrace with excellent garden furniture and a lovely meadow plot, house and surroundings very quiet. In the kitchen, it would be nice to have 2-3 larger cups and drinking glasses, otherwise everything necessary is available. Internet is excellent. Plenty of parking and storage space available at the house. Also worth mentioning are the washing machine and dryer, as well as a freezer in an adjoining room at the house.

Great location, a little outdated

The location of the holiday accommodation is great. Right behind the lock, practically at the beach. The furnishings are very simple, there is a need for action here. The contact with the landlord was very good. Modern furniture should be urgently purchased, especially for the second bedroom. The lawn should be mowed occasionally, and the exit through the garden to the dyke should be reactivated. If these points were implemented, we would like to come back. The location is really great.

Good flat in a great location

We stayed in the ground floor flat for just under a week at the end of August and beginning of September 2020 and enjoyed our stay very much. An absolute plus, in our opinion, are the conservatory and the garden The location is also just perfect. 2 minutes walk to the beach can't be topped. The flat is nice and big, clean and has everything you need. Contact with the rental was very nice and friendly. We will be back next week and are looking forward to it!
