Quiet, modern and spacious, approx. 100 sqm bright ground floor flat with ethanol fireplace, conservatory and use of garden. The garden to the west side borders directly on the dyke, from the east side you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Harlesiel marina and Harlesiel. Completely renovated and newly furnished in October 2018. Own parking space and covered bicycle shed.
Mooring facilities for pleasure craft approx. 50m in front of the property.

The location of the apartment, among others, is quiet and within walking distance to the beach.
Layout of the apartment.
Conservatory and garden.
Negative:
Some small "construction sites" (including a broken lock on the conservatory door, blinds).
Kitchen equipment is rather basic.
All in all, it was a nice vacation week.

Unique - almost perfect
One can only rave about it. Great location (2 minutes walking distance to the bakery, 5 minutes to the beach), very clean, very nice bedrooms with plenty of storage space (the mattresses were a bit too soft for us, but that's subjective), wonderful bathroom (fairly new) with walk-in shower, great conservatory with highlight "Alexa", beautiful terrace with excellent garden furniture and a lovely meadow plot, house and surroundings very quiet. In the kitchen, it would be nice to have 2-3 larger cups and drinking glasses, otherwise everything necessary is available. Internet is excellent. Plenty of parking and storage space available at the house. Also worth mentioning are the washing machine and dryer, as well as a freezer in an adjoining room at the house.

Top Lage, ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen
Die Lage der Ferienunterkunft ist super. Direkt hinter der Schleuse, praktisch direkt am Strand. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schlicht gehalten, hier besteht Handlungsbedarf. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Beim Mobiliar sollten gerade beim zweiten Schlafzimmer dringend modernes Mobiliar angeschafft werden. Der Rasen sollte gelegentlich gemäht werden und der Ausgang durch den Garten zum Deich hin sollte wieder reaktiviert werden. Sollten diese Punkte umgesetzt werden würden wir gerne wieder kommen. Die Lage ist nämlich super.

Eine schöne Woche in Harlesiel
Von der Buchungsanfrage bis zur Buchung und bis zum Mietvertrag ein super Service und immer einen Ansprechpartner gehabt. Die Überaschung in der FeWo war super und hatte ich in dieser Form noch nicht gehabt. Kann ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Good flat in a great location
We stayed in the ground floor flat for just under a week at the end of August and beginning of September 2020 and enjoyed our stay very much. An absolute plus, in our opinion, are the conservatory and the garden The location is also just perfect. 2 minutes walk to the beach can't be topped. The flat is nice and big, clean and has everything you need. Contact with the rental was very nice and friendly. We will be back next week and are looking forward to it!
