Description
The bungalow, renovated in 2013 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a holiday complex, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the sunny location. For use are available: parasol, sun lounger and children's playground. WiFi is not included. This is run by a separate company that customers pay over the internet or in cash at reception. Customers will then be informed of the tariff.
Holiday resort
reception, bar and laundry. +The reception is not open 24 hours+. From 15/12/22 to 31/03/23 the restaurant becomes a tapas bar with opening hours from 13:30 to 21:30. The snack bar is closed one day a week.

Calpe. The bungalow is located in a holiday complex, on a plot with bushes and trees. It is a holiday complex situated in the residential area of Maryvilla consisting of 32 holiday apartment. The owner VAL BLA 026 (for 7 persons) and VAL BLA 027 (for 9 persons) are also located in the plant. Parking lot on the property.

Outdoor pool (7 m x 12 m, depth 1,30 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used all year around. Pool area is open from 09.00-21.00 clock, the depth is between 1.30-2.20m

In the complex: gym and tennis (2 places). Bocce and tennis rackets are available for a deposit at the reception.

Shopping opportunity 3 km, restaurant 3 km, town center 3 km. Please note that during winter months, the nearest public transport stop is 3 km from the property. The landlord points out that transfer from the airport is only possible by rental car or taxi, as there is no airport shuttle to the vicinity of the property.In summer: Mittelmeer 3 km in Calpe (beach with sand).
