The bungalow, renovated in 2013 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a holiday complex, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the sunny location. For use are available: parasol, sun lounger and children's playground. WiFi is not included. This is run by a separate company that customers pay over the internet or in cash at reception. Customers will then be informed of the tariff.

The owner VAL BLA 025 (for 5 persons) and VAL BLA 027 (for 8 people) are also located in the plant. Apartments on the ground floor with terrace or1st floor with balcony. Parking lot on the property.

In the complex: gym and tennis (2 places). Bocce and tennis rackets are available for a deposit at the reception.

Shopping opportunity 3 km, restaurant 3 km, town center 3 km. Please note that during winter months, the nearest public transport stop is 3 km from the property. The landlord points out that transfer from the airport is only possible by rental car or taxi, as there is no airport shuttle to the vicinity of the property.In summer: Mittelmeer (beach 3 km in Calpe with sand).
