Description

The bungalow, renovated in 2013, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday complex on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and its sunny location. Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, and children's playground. Wi-Fi is not included. It is operated by a separate company, which customers pay via the internet or in cash at the reception. Customers are then informed about the rate.

Holiday resort
Reception, bar, and laundromat. +The reception is not open 24 hours+. Snack bar -The opening hours of the snack bar in summer 2026 are from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Calpe. The bungalow is located in a holiday complex, on a plot with shrubs and trees. It is a holiday complex in the residential area of Maryvilla consisting of 32 holiday apartments. The holiday apartments VAL BLA 026 (for 7 people) and VAL BLA 027 (for 9 people) are also located in the complex. Parking on the premises.

Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi) and safe. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational year-round, 7 m x 12 m, 1.30 m deep). Pool area is open from 09:00-19:00, the depth ranges between 1.30-2.20m.

Leisure
In the complex: gym, tennis (2 courts) and boccia / petanque. Bocce and tennis rackets are available for a deposit at the reception.

not allowed.

Distances
Shopping 3 km, restaurant 3 km, town centre 3 km. Please note that in the winter months, the nearest public transport stop is 3 km from the property. The landlord points out that transfer from the airport is only possible by rental car or taxi, as there is no airport shuttle to the vicinity of the property. In summer: Mediterranean Sea 3 km in Calpe (sandy beach).
