Description

The holiday apartment is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, and terrace. Bicycle rental with pick-up and delivery service nearby.

Kamminke. The holiday apartment is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartments USE ACH 022 and USE ACH 023 (each for 4 people) are located in a bungalow-style house, each with its own entrance. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Shopping 3 km, restaurant 100 m, town centre 1000 m. Train station, indoor swimming pool, sauna each 17 km in Ahlbeck. Disco in Swinemünde 4 km. In summer: Baltic Sea (Szczecin Lagoon) (beach 1000 m in Baltic Sea Szczecin Lagoon with meadow, sand and gravel). Fishing, boat dock each 1000 m in Kamminke.

Kitchenette in the living kitchen with electric stove (4 plates), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.

We were looking for peace and quiet and found it here! A super nice couple in a great garden welcomed us , a completely furnished flat ( very clean and comfortable beds ) everything was there what you need in a holiday flat . Kamminke is a very quiet, small place, but you can reach many excursion destinations without having to drive long distances. Gladly 5 stars family Zeihn
