Description
The holiday home, renovated in 2006 is functional furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, children's playground, swing and grill possibility. Baby travel cot and high chair (please order at booking).

Kamminke. The holiday home is located on a 1500 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The house is located in the center of the village, bordering on meadows. The access goes directly from the main road. Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: electric heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (diameter 3,60 m, depth 0,90 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to mid of September. The use of the pool also depends on the weather.

Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
Top floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds.

Nice and helpful guest family. Garden and pool are very beautiful laid out.
Only the staircase in the house is very habituation, narrow and steep. Otherwise you have everything you need.

The house is not recommended for families with small children because the stairs to the bedrooms very steep and very narrow steps and only a railing on the wall.

The welcome and kindness of the owners. The environment is excellent. The possibility of great walks, on foot or by bike, with very varied itineraries. The proximity of seaside towns. Kamminke beach is also nice. As for the house, functional and friendly. The small pool is a plus.

Now my daughter and I were with our dog four times in Kamminke and it was like the last holidays just beautiful. Nice well-kept house, nice lawn with pool. Great landlord. For next year is already booked.

It was great as always. My daughter and I felt comfortable. The house is very clean and cozy. The landlords who live on the property are very nice people. The village is idyllic and the way to the Szczecin Lagoon is not far. I can recommend it without further ado.

Now my daughter and I were with our dog four times in Kamminke and it was like the last holidays just beautiful. Nice well-kept house, nice lawn with pool. Great landlord. For next year is already booked.

It was great as always. My daughter and I felt comfortable. The house is very clean and cozy. The landlords who live on the property are very nice people. The village is idyllic and the way to the Szczecin Lagoon is not far. I can recommend it without further ado.

The welcome and kindness of the owners. The environment is excellent. The possibility of great walks, on foot or by bike, with very varied itineraries. The proximity of seaside towns. Kamminke beach is also nice. As for the house, functional and friendly. The small pool is a plus.

As with the last two holidays in Kamminke, the house was clean and comfortable. The landlords are unlikely nice and helpful. In addition, it is fun to make dog there holiday, since the landlords also have one. My daughter and I were more than satisfied all around.
