The Hus Sünn & Bries () holiday home consists of two semi-detached houses, Hus Sünn and Hus Bries. Both houses are equipped in exactly the same way. Here you will find real peace and relaxation. Each house has: Sauna, whirlpool bath, wood-burning stove, underfloor heating, kayaks, DSL, a large fenced garden with south-facing terrace and barbecue fireplace as well as 2 parking spaces directly on the property. In each house there is enough space also for grandparents and friends: 145 m² living space, three bedrooms with two beds each. In addition, there are two extra beds, a cot and a child's high chair. There are two bathrooms and a separate WC. A bio-sauna with shower and dousing shower as well as a whirlpool make wellness an experience. In the living room, a wood-burning stove invites you to feel good. From the 40 m² south-facing terrace you have a direct view of the water. All rooms are equipped with electrically operated blinds and insect screens. The garden house has enough space for bicycles etc. The warmer and calmer water of the lagoon is particularly suitable for water sports, also for children. The kayaks, which are part of the equipment, only have to be brought over the dike bordering the property. In the wind-protected Kamminker Bucht you can swim and dig. The fenced m² garden offers you enough space to play football and fly kites. The house has a DSL internet connection. There is also a telephone for free calls to the German landline network.

Location and surroundings of object
The comfortable and spacious holiday home Hus Sünn & Bries is located directly on the water of the Szczecin Lagoon in the picturesque fishing village of Kamminke only a few minutes' drive from the three imperial resorts with their fine sandy beaches. You can reach the family-friendly clean and uncrowded beach in a few minutes' walk. There is a horse riding facility in the village. The Baltic Hills golf course in Korswandt is only a 10-minute drive away, directly on the way to Ahlbeck. It is only 5 km by bike to the Baltic Sea beach. It is just 4.5 km to the centre of Swinemünde. There are restaurants in the village and fresh bread rolls in the morning on the pier at the 'Klönsnack'. Short vacation
We booked both halves of the house for our guests due to a family celebration. Even beforehand, we were treated with kindness and reliability. The accommodation was simply great for our guests.

In 2008, we were looking for a quiet retreat for our family at the Baltic Sea, where we could leave the noise and bustle of the big city behind. On the internet we found this large, at that time still undeveloped plot in Kamminke directly on the shore of the Szczecin Lagoon. As our plans for building on the plot matured, we decided to share this beautiful place with other people. This is how the Sünn & Bries holiday home came into being, with upscale furnishings and plenty of space for grandparents and friends as well. Due to the direct location of the property on the water, it was obvious to us to also use this place for water sports activities. In 2011, we acquired sit-on-top kayaks, which we let our guests use free of charge.
