Description

The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 1950, renovated in 2007, and is modern and functional. The property is situated on a farm. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for use: children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Refund of the deposit at the latest 7 days after departure by bank transfer.

Location
Schlitters, district Schlitterberg, 890 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a farm. In the same house, there are 2 holiday apartments TIR ZIL 263 and TIR ZIL 264 (each for 7 people). The mountain farm is surrounded by forest and meadows. On the property, there is a wildlife enclosure, children's playground, barbecue facility, and parking space. Home-produced products such as organic free-range eggs, fruit brandy, yogurt, honey, tea, spirits, and hay milk can be purchased.
The access is via a mountain road (paved, length 2800 m). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking is available on the property. Access is via a paved mountain road. Snow chains should be carried but are rarely needed. Follow the arrival instructions from the landlord without fail, do not drive blindly with navigation!

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the 1st floor and leads via an internal staircase directly into the hallway with doors to all rooms. The hallway is also occasionally used by the owner. From the hallway, you can access the 18 sqm balcony with seating and views of the forest and valley. Living kitchen with seating area, TV, and dining area. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed on couch/sofa. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. American kitchen in the living kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Included in the price: babycot, internet access, baby cot, dish towels, parking place, electricity, water, heating, local tax (under 14 years), bed linen, hand towels (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 75 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. Nice view, quiet location, nice landlord.
Unfortunately, you can't really reach anything without a car (shopping, restaurant,...), we weren't aware of that before.
