The holiday apartment is located in a house built in 2011 and is furnished in the typical local style. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: parasol, children’s playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Trampoline. Vacuum cleaner.

Location
Fügenberg, 900 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 100 sqm open garden plot with a lawn and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Central heating (wood/coal). Underfloor heating in the bathroom and separate WC. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and safe. Television reception via satellite. TV channels only in the local language.

Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate WC with toilet.

Good location.
Lots of cups, plates, glasses, cutlery and the like.
House is for 8 people, but at least double the amount of utensils.
Good beds.
Plenty of space.
