Zell am Ziller, 720 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on an open plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 2 washbasins, and window. Separate WC with toilet.

Included in the price: internet access, parking place, electricity, gas, water, bed linen, Welcome drink, sunloungers, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).

Beautiful, large apartment with use of the garden. Everything you need is there. Very nice, helpful landlords. Great location with a view of the mountains.
