Description
The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 2009 and is furnished in a modern and typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view of the mountains from the property and the sunny hillside location. Available for use: ski boot dryer. Ski storage room. Trampoline for children.
Location
Zell am Ziller. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The holiday apartments TIR ZIL 014 (6 people) and TIR ZIL 015 (for 5 people) are located in the same house. PLEASE NOTE: There is a construction site directly near the apartment. Due to an unforeseeable storm damage (force majeure), the municipality of Gerlosberg started early to renovate/develop the area around the apartments. Therefore, noise disturbances are to be expected in the future. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Ski area 2 km in Zell am Ziller (Zillertal Arena). Ski bus 150 m. Ski rental, ski school, toboggan run, cross-country skiing, ice skating each 2 km in Zell am Ziller.

The entrance to your holiday apartment leads directly into the hallway with a wardrobe and doors to all rooms. Living kitchen with seating area, TV, DVD player and access to the balcony (parasol). Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Kitchenette in the living kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, WC and window. Separate WC with WC.

Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 90 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: baby cot 13 € per bed under 6 years per day. Wi‑Fi (WLAN) 2,50 € all inclusive per day. For a fee: Bread roll service.

We were completely satisfied!! Super clean holiday apartment, spacious, great balcony with a wonderful view!! Christine is a very nice landlady.. all in all, the Zillertal is worth a trip!!
