Description
The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 2009 and is modern and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the sunny hillside location. For use are available: Boot drying. Ski storeroom. Trampoline for children.
Location
Zell am Ziller. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The holiday apartments TIR ZIL 014 (5 persons) and TIR ZIL 015 (for 6 persons) are located in the same house. There may be a construction site from spring 2025. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

underfloor heating. Pellet Heating. Facilities: cot, high chair and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.

The entrance in your holiday apartment leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. Eat-in kitchen with sitting area, TV, DVD and access to the balcony (parasol). Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, WC and window. Separate toilet with WC.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: children chair, parking place, electricity, water, heating, local tax (under 15 years), bed linen, hand towels.
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 75 € per object per stay (05.04.24-30.11.24), final cleaning 80 € per object per stay (30.11.24-01.11.25), local tax by local tariff. On request: baby cot 11 € per bed under 5 years per day. Wireless Internet access 2,50 € all inclusive per day. For a fee: roll delivery service (the ordered goods are paided directly on the spot to the landlord).

It was better than that holiday-home had said because there were hand and bath towels are provided even changed on Wednesday.

It was very clean. The hospitality was very good. Truly a beautiful fully catered apartment. The location is also very nice and in Zillertal sights are all easily accessible.
