The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 2009 and is modern and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. Boot drying. Ski storeroom. Trampoline for children.

Zell am Ziller. The holiday apartement is located on a garden plot with meadow. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The holiday apartments TIR ZIL 014 (5 persons) and TIR ZIL 015 (for 6 persons) are located in the same house. There may be a construction site from spring 2025. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

The entrance in your holiday apartment leads over an outside staircase directly in the vestibule with wardrobe. Eat-in kitchen with sitting area, TV and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 3 chairs, 3 sunbeds, parasol). Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed on couch/sofa (only suitable for children under the year of 8). Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, WC and window. Separate toilet with WC.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: babycot, children chair, parking place, electricity, water, heating, local tax (under 15 years), bed linen, hand towels.
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 80 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: Wireless Internet access 2,50 € all inclusive per day. For a fee: roll delivery service (the ordered goods are paided directly on the spot to the landlord).
